OYO Flagship Hotel Virgo Inn

I just wanted place to crash for night and this is first hotel i got when entering the city. First glance the room looked ok and post payment checked the toilet. Gosh to my horror toilet looked like public toilet. When informed to clean the place he said house keeper is not there. I told give me the cleaner i will clean myself that time the front desk manager itself came and cleaned the toilet and this is the image post cleaning. Place is not worth the 1100 i paid

Good location with Spacious ambitious only lacking was Most important part of any organizations which was management. Hospitality was good but due to poor management you need to rethink before stay.We waited for almost 2 Hours for Complementary breakfast which lastly couldn't happened due to pathetic management skills. Most and more chances of Improvement for you Guys. Wish you very best of luck.

tiniest bathroom i ever seen, dirty too room was good as per price. TV channel not working nice limited break fast only 2 options poha and bread butter 4 slices i highly recommend higher category room as very small approx 3*5 feet bathroom in lower category

Staff drinks and insulting customer. Spider in bed.. They said we are not with Oyo and charging extra money from us Many 6 month ago I said to Oyo about this but they not doing anything with this hotel.. first please go as a customer in this hotel and you will understand problems of middle class with this hotel and staff.. Very ugly management.. Not providing all services as per fee. This is the worst of Oyo.. They are breaking trust of customers with Oyo.. Please Oyo go as customer and you will realise.. this is very disgusting now I have to write this for no action..:(

Very very bad place to stay, uncleaned and unhygienic. Washrooms are in bad conditions, toilet seats and bathrooms are very dirty. Even the room is full of dust, dust on setup box (you can easily write your name). Bedding was dirty too. It was itchy sleeping in that bedding. Sorry but a very very pathetic experience.

Very worst place ever seen in my life no one have manners to talk at least nothing is there total west of time , money and mood no cleaning and everything os spoil please don't go there with complimentary bases also they poeple are very rood behaviour and total dis co-ordinate. Everything is posted in photos we can see Intercom is not working Water don't come hot They poeple say it will remain same Lift is not working No poeple to take luggage we took our luggage with own Towel is not there in deluxe room Not a single thing is good to describe. Owner and staff are same category at their place called Hotel virgo Total worst place No more words to say In short don't go there please Tv was not working Night lamp was also not working Not a little thing is good to describe about them

Nice Hotel in Porbandar. Very good and helpful staff. Only one thing is little bit dirt bathroom but I suggest them they accepted my suggestion and they will work on it. I will stay here again and again when ever I come to Porbandar. It deserve 5 star for its staff keep it up!!!

Helpful staff but amenities require upgrade and repair. Small niggles in every room - cleanliness/ ac/ bathroom fixtures etc. Most reviews are spot on
