Hotel President

Had a lovely stay at Hotel President. The staff are very friendly and quick at sorting anything that you need. Very tidy rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast and location as well. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Budapest!

Hotel is in the middle of main city. Pretty old Building, but comfortable rooms. Very clean and tidy bed and bathroom. Really friendly staff. Very honest and always happy to run for you. Anything you need, just ask to service person, you will not be disappointed. Morning tea is very good. Has few parking facilities. You can stay with your family. Price wise also good.

Ease of check-in, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms ! and main positive thing is the location. Railway station, taxi stand, bus stand all are approachable easily. The Hotel staff and Management provided excellent service and are very approachable. Very clean rooms and excellent service. Linens were regularly cleaned and changed. Prompt service with a smile on face. Excellent food made our stay memorable.

Visited there with my family (group of 8) and stayed for 5 nights from 16th feb to 20 th feb 2015. ||We were skeptical about this place due to mixed reviews but truly worth every penny we spent. ||The rooms were nice and clean. Linens were regularly cleaned and changed. Prompt service with a smile on face. Excellent food made our stay comfortable. ||To add on the location was perfect. It was walking distance from market & other tourist places were at an appoachable distance. ||The lane on which the hotel is located had ample of steet food available. ||Do try the local gathiya n jalebi from there. ||

The Hotel is pretty near from the railway station. The service staff is good. We had checked in earlier than intended and so couldn't get the room booked. instead the manager gave us a much better room without additional charges. the room was neat and clean. The food though a bit costly was good. The room service was also perfect that they were even ready to make up things in the middle of the night. The bathroom was clean, though the bathroom curtains were pretty old and unattractive. The bathrooms should have better ventilation. They had also helped us get back to the station with their escort. Overall good experience.

The hotel is right on the action street i.e. on the main road of the town. There's a problem of getting into it because of the location and too many rixas around but once in the room, you would feel the comfort. The cleanliness is really good and rooms are nice.

This hotel can be ur prefered choise for its close proximity to bus & taxi stands . Rooms and services can be rated as average . Food as per taste is concerned may be dissapointing to you,||its so-so .Non-veg meal is not served . Room service is good , cleanniness is there . There is no wi-fi available . Price can be an issue for some but can be prefered in emergency.

I booked 2 rooms at the President hotel because it was the only one to have vacancies for our particular date and for the very positive review at Tripadvisor. To be fair, I stayed in one of the cheapest rooms so I cannot comment on the upper scale rooms. But the one I was assigned didn't look anything like some of the nice rooms shown in the pictures. The AC was right above the head of the bed, very impractical to use. The ceiling fan dangled on a few lose screws and made a lot of noise. Worst for me, there was no linen for cover, just a blanket, I used the towel to cover myself. I also had a creepy crawly for company in the bathroom.||We had a bus to catch at 9am so we ordered breakfast for 8am but they never delivered. We called several times and always they promised in a few minutes but by 8.30am we still didn't get anything and we had to leave. When we rushed past the reception and mentioned that we did't get the breakfast the only reaction was: "OK". ||Only stay there if nothing else is available.
