Despite of having prime location, hotel has failed in my review. The management and staff of this hotel are very poor in customer service, understanding the basics of hotel industry. Example Deluxe room double occupancy Rs 1500,extra guest Rs 400,single occupancy same rate. How logical is this!! The management said its our policy. World over double occupancy & single occupancy rates are not same. Mattresses are very poor quality caused back pain. My laundry delivered late, so i was forced to stay one more day. Simple resolution is, NEVER GO AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL

I given one star also as there was no option for no star. In my whole life I never seen such worst hospitality. Main staff at reception has no manner to talk with customer, they are behaving like we are servants to them. Calls over reception is not working, in terms of cleanliness again zero, communication skills are like in minus. Overall I rate this hotel due to its services as -100 (minus 100), hope whoever including owner of this hotel if reads this my rating, he/she/they need to understand what type of hotel is this.

The hotel is nice for a short stay. The room is OK, basic . The location is in the city near all the amenities

If you just want night stay and deep sleep, opt it blindly. Reasonable rates and very good hospitalities. Room services are just a one intercom ring away. The bad is very much comfortable. Room and toilet are clean. Ac and small refrigerator are part of the room. Shoe shine and laundry bag, tooth brush and shaving razor, tooth brush and shaving cream are also part of the hospitality. The Location is middle of the city so there is no fully spacious. No any kind of amenities, no balcony or no any good view from windows. Parking place is also small. Lift door is a problematic and need to repair. 3 star for the comfortable and room services and hospitalities

Overall hotel is good,. drinking water jug & kettle was dirty. Washroom facility is different like no hand flush, different style tap. Waiters service was very good, Sometimes I was felt rude nature of receptionist like for chek out time fixing.

Rooms were nice with space of traveling bags study table and chairs, dressing bathroom was well maintained with hot cold water and service is to good overall I like it we went porbandar at 2am night and found only 1 or 2 hotels that are open and among all this was good with reasonable rate per room.
