Hotel Moon

Hotel moon is named moon palace.It has 3 floors.Reception counter is there.Room is very nice and specious.Room service is good.Fire safty is in every room available.Lift is there.There is combined coridor for hotel New pride also.Restaurant is there where panjabi and gujarati thali available.hotel room Rate is very reasonable.staff is very supportive.

We stay here every time we visit, it's lovely and average for a hotel in porbandar. Cleaning is average and I usually get them to go over the cleaning as soon as I get in the room so I can point out the bits that need attention. The location is perfect with it being central to the shops in the city centre and rickshaws always available. Lots of food options along MG road. We tend to always get food from Sneh Cafe opposite and get it delivered. Staff are friendly enough and we always like to leave a little tip for the cleaners at the end of our stay.

Good courteous staff. Good in-house restaurant with a wide choice of food.

As no cancellation allowed. * wifi not working. * owner's rude behaviour. * lift not working. * cow entered hotel. * bed sheet and comforter was with holes and staines. * room was shebby. * AC switched off in night. * got locked in room. * tap water was given in bottle not clean toilet. * shower wasn't working properly. For proper discription:- Don't waste your money on this hotel, in the same price you can get a much better experience at load inn. worst hotel ever I have seen in my whole life. owner was two road with me he was arguing on every bit of it. We booked 3 room and he provided two room with three occupancy. Room wasn't clean at all bed sheet comforter everything was stained as shown in the picture. there was water problem and leak in the bathroom. Bathroom water was spilt all over the room and the gallery as shown in video. Bedsheet provided to me was tattered and at holes as it is clearly visible in pictures. Owner asked us to change your room three times. We tried on landline but landline was not working so we have to go two floor down to reception, for every inconvenience. Lift was also not working, so everytime we have to use stairs. Which was very uncomfortable as we had a senior person with Medical conditions. When we enter hotel was infiltrated by cow also which shows no security at all, which is clearly visible in photo attached. And in the night we faced problem with air conditioning as it was not cooling the room. Don't book online as there is no cancellation allowed.

Overall one of the best option in budget hotels.Staff is cordial and attentive.The only challenge is the lack of parking space during day and evening time.everything else is

Great little recently renovated hotel. |Staff amazing. Central location, close to the airport, markets and the beach. |While it doesn't pretend to be a five star hotel it's Best value for the quality hotel. |They make it up in service with many regular customers. Adjoins independent restaurant serves good food but lots of options near by including fresh Jalebi and Gathia!

Location is in middle of city nearby bus stop , rooms are specious but need to be neat and clean , need hot water in bathroom which is not there inspite solar system, Overall budget friendly and good but need improvement in area of Cleanliness and Washroom area.

Very good hotel with neat and clean rooms, humble staff and good service.
