We took 3 rooms. All three rooms were clean. However one of the rooms had really bad smell. They didn't have hot water. After requesting multiple times we got hot water in bucket. Worst part was they provided water bottles which were used. Seems they filled water and placed in our rooms. It would have been okay if they didn't give water bottles.

The Rooms are spacious, well organised and well maintained. The Attendants were smiling and cooperative and respond promptly. They take very good care of Guests. The Hotel is well located in the market area and all important places are accessible.|

Nice place to stay for a family, cantered location clean and hygienic rooms. All in all very good. But no food facility.

Awesome experience! The staff is very friendly. We went there with our parents and they actually understood our specific requirements of food. The rooms are spacious, well cleaned and well managed. Loved the whole experience! Would definitely recommend it !

Had a very nice experience during my stay there. Staff were very friendly and provide very good service best understood to their ability. However, looking at the rooms (very good rooms) and room charges, the staff knowledge (or trained staff) on F&B can be upgraded.
