*1/5 - Avoid This Hotel At All Costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from the Mountain Hotel near Parul University! Our stay has been an unmitigated disaster. First and foremost, the electricity has been out since 12:30 AM - and it's still not back on! That's right, we've been sitting here in the dark for hours, with no end in sight. And when we try to call the front desk to get an update, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE! It's like they're avoiding us on purpose. To make matters worse, when we try to reach out to the hotel staff via phone or message, they completely ignore us. No response, no update, no nothing. It's like they don't care that their guests are sitting in the dark, unable to even charge their phones. The lack of electricity is bad enough, but the complete lack of communication and customer service is even worse. Avoid this hotel at all costs - unless you want to be left in the dark, literally and figuratively. *UPDATE:* Still no electricity, and still no response from the hotel staff. Unbelievable.
