Great Stay at a Clean, Spacious Resort I had a fantastic experience at this resort. The property is impressively large, offering plenty of space to relax and explore. Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas, making it feel fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of room to unwind, this resort is a great choice.

If you've ever wondered what it's like to vacation in the middle of nowhere with zero network, zero hygiene, and zero management, this is your spot. The "row bungalow" lived up to its name--it was a row of disasters. From cobwebs that probably date back to the Jurassic era to bathroom facilities that could double as a science experiment, hygiene clearly took a vacation before we arrived. Management? Oh, you mean the ghost team running the show? They must've been on a retreat themselves because no one was around to address our concerns. If isolation from the world is your goal, the lack of cellular network will deliver--and so will the lack of humanity. Calling it "Green Paradise" is an irony for the ages. It's more of a "Brown Abyss." Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else--maybe a park bench. At least it's free and has better air circulation. 1/5 stars (only because 0 stars isn't an option).

Worst location! Villas are not maintained at all! Basins not working or leaking! Rooms are not clean. Too many mosquitoes and nothing is provided to tackle that. Basic amenities are missing. Bathrooms are not cleaned. Many things are broken. It looks like property was closed for so many years and and now you are coming after so many years!

Detailed Review of the Property We stayed at this property for two nights during a family wedding, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here's an overview of our stay: Location and Property: The property is situated on the outskirts and spans a vast area with over 200 bungalows. However, despite its size, the maintenance is extremely poor. Rooms: The rooms are in terrible condition, infested with mosquitoes and bedbugs, and the bathrooms are unhygienic. Despite repeated complaints, the staff showed no interest in addressing these issues. Basic amenities are missing--fans lack regulators, and there are even ant hills within the compound. This is a serious concern, especially if you have small children. Guests are advised to bring their own mosquito nets, repellents, toiletries, towels, and other essentials. Staff: The property is poorly managed by unprofessional staff. Many of them were seen chewing tobacco and spitting around the premises. Even catering staff lacked basic hygiene practices, such as wearing caps or gloves, and some were chewing tobacco while serving food--a highly unacceptable practice. Food: The quality of food is abysmal. The taste of all 15 items on the menu was indistinguishable, and many dishes were either undercooked (e.g., pizza, uttapam, idlis) or unavailable altogether. Be prepared to wait for long periods if you want to eat. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene standards for food, accommodation, and other facilities were well below average. Recommendation: I strongly advise against booking this property. The lack of basic hospitality, cleanliness, and dignity in guest treatment makes it unsuitable for hosting memorable events. Instead, invest a little more in a venue where the experience will be cherished for a lifetime.

Worst place ever. They spoiled my special day, my wedding. Don't recommend ever. Chandresh Jain and Arvind both are worst in management and hospitality. Rude people I've ever met in this line. Please don't spoil your special day here. Villas were bad and we're not given to us until the wedding day. They give fake promises. The ground I had like and booked was completely changed and was made worse than I saw earlier.

MOBILE NETWORK NA. WI FI NA. ROOM SERVICE NA VENUE NOT GOOD. ROOMS ARE DAMAGED. CLEANLINESS NOT GOOD. WORST PLACE. RESTAURANT IS CLOSE FOR EVER.

Place is quiet but not wow. Rooms and swimming pool need some renovation and even cleanliness is also very must. That is missing here. Even zero outdoor activities here so you will be bore in little time only and also they don't have some good and fun elements here. For wedding this place is perfect but for one or two day vacation this is not the right place.

It's very huge property with more than 250+ villas. Party loan, club house all good.
