I have visited this hotel many times and my overall experience is awesome. The service is best and quick and the staff is also very polite. The rooms are very clean and the cafeteria is also having wide space so this is the best option for spending a great time with family here. Also we can arrange our family functions here in effective cost. Really the Receptionist Karan Parmar is very kind person who is managing rooms over there. If you are living in palanpur or travelling through palanpur then this hotel will be a best choice for you.

Ambience is a great deal and staff is very sweet too. also the food is amazingly amazing and lot of varieties are available too. must visit place if you're in palanpur for the first time. infact great place to hang out specially at night.

Very professional staff. Check in was done within minutes 2 or 3 even though I arrived early. The Manager made sure we felt right at home Breakfast and Dinner at R Restaurant was excellent with good variety on the menu. Very good staff at the restaurant, who make sure you try everything.

It's OK for staying in this hotel specially for man. I staying in le grand 2 time's and both time's I got same experience without your permission room servant open your door with their master card if you in the room or not and then they told ohhh sorry sir I am came for room cleaning. One more incident if some one guest missing their room key then they searched your room also and told you sir Please check if I forgot one more key in your room and yes that time also he entered in your room without your permission directly open the door with his master key. They don't have any manners their check out time is 11:00 but they came for room service for 10:00 when you are in towels or in bathroom they directly open the door Staff is not trained they have Required well manner and adulation. No any power backup if their electricity is gone. One more incident I want to share with owner and users also if you stay in for 2 to 3 days including breakfast you must eaten paratha only they don't have any other options. Dear owner please trained your staff carefully and one more request please don't allowed drink and drinker people in the room.

Our car broke down near palanpur at 11 in the night. Multiple hotels denied us rooms. Manager at le grand was very helpful and understood our situation. Not only gave us room, helped us in every way they can. Absolutely recommended.
