HOTEL TGR (The Grand Radiance)

Stayed overnight in a 'superior room' catagory. Rooms are small sized. Certainly good for solo travellers and for people on business visit. Affordable, good location, polite and cooperative staff. Breakfast (limited not buffet) and meals are served in the room as there is no separate dining area. I only had breakfast; Aloo Paratha and buttered toast. The former was so tasty, one of the best I ever had. Overall a good experience.

Food is average..bt complaint responce is zero from staff n owner also

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We were a 38 pax group and we haven't faced any major problems. 20 room hotel with all 20 rooms on one floor. The common space/lobby is a huge advantage for bigger groups as it's very easy for gatherings. TGR Restaurant below the hotel was also good with very good staff and food.

I am very happy and delighted to be a customer in this hotel for 2 months and going on. It is an amazing hotel in palanpur. Rooms are really good and clean. Food is also good. The staff of hotel is prompt in services, polite, humble, co-operative and efficient; specially Mr Saileshbhai(Hotel Manager) and Kantibhai(Staff Mamber).

Staff Commitment is very poor , They are not provideing proper quality food and item whichever they have promised. Please go with alternative option if Possible .

Hi, Service is very poor and worst. Yesterday I stayed this hotel. It was a corporate booking with Complimentary breakfast. Today i have gone gone for discussing about the breakfast. Simply they said the booking was non complimentary. Then I argued and after severe argue they told to have breakfast. This was not good. Be aware before booking this hotel. They try to make fraudulent. Very bad experience today morning and spoiled my mind. Regards Dhanasekar

Good food and budget friendly.

The rooms are well maintained with excellent service. The location is most accessible as it's situated on Abu highway so basically on Ahmedabad-Abu road highway. The food is also good....one of finest in Palanpur.
