Good hotel and courteous staff, if you are looking for a budget hotel you can go for it. Overall a nice stay here.They can improve their food quality.

We had not stayed in this hotel. Only took lunch here. We have been dinning here since very long. Its the best resturant in the entire palanpur city. Food is very good, with very polite staff.

I was here for 6 days and had a pretty decent stay. I'd not say it was great or neither. The food wasn't great to be honest, I've ordered around 4-5 times, everytime either it was okay or I was dissatisfied, although their prices were reasonable. The TV's aren't smart, it's the old LCD 26 inch TV's, even in an executive room. The parking area is good. The washrooms are okay. Staff is humble, cleaning and room service are also okay .

Good hostel , nearby place , food and service are up to the mark.

The Worst hotel in my lifetime , The behaviour is not professional at all .And the room service boys give false aligation like you have taken more watebottles bla bla , And most scary is there breakfast noting is eatable and they are very lazy man

Once upon a time it was the best hotel in the City. But over the time everything has deteriorated. The entry to the hotel is irritating as the approach is crowded with vendors and passenger seeking vehicles. Reception is unimpressive. Food is highly overpriced and tastes poor. Only good thing is staff of this hotel are nice and they always try to make your stay comfortable with their limited resources. It seems that the hotel owners have completely given up to other nearby hotels which have been renovated to excellence.

Good There is a very good hotel on the highway in Palanpur. The food is good. The price is double from other hotels but I liked the quality, cleanliness and preferred Punjabi dishes as per taste. I am satisfied.

When I went for room booking late night, they said it was a suit room and then next day i came to know that it was a delux room. They don't have ethics. Even room was not proper, bathroom door can't be lock. Interior was dirty and very old. When I asked to show me video recording, you said we will give suit room in discounted rates. But they didn't provide me video recording. When I said your bathroom door is damaged then they said aapko bolna chahiye, hume nahi pata hota hai ki door damaged. Uski property ko usko hi nahi pata rehta hai.
