Mahi WaterGate Resort - Resort in Vadodara

We recently stayed at this resort and had an amazing experience! The dinner was fantastic, especially the Manchow soup, noodles, and Manchurian dry--everything was delicious. Lunch was also great with a variety of options. Since we were the only guests at the time, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even starting water activities just for the two of us. Their hospitality and service were truly commendable, making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We went for one day team picnic. Overall It was an average experience. Water was salty in swimming pool and wave pool. Rainbowrings rain dance was ok as salty water ruines overall experience. We were provided with sports equipments but there is no proper ground for any sports. We had to use lawn area. Adventure activities are in very small area so you may not feel more adventure like activity. Food was good.h Feedback to owner is to maintain swimming pool better and if possible cover at least one of the swimming pool. Also water should keep rotating in swimming pool.

Our stay at mahi resorts was great.|First of all the Manager Mr. Rakesh, he is a very helpful guy. Check in was very easy and speedy. A day prior we requested for an early check-in, guess who readily accepted? Mr. Rakesh.|The property is in good condition. We stayed at deluxe rooms, they were neat, clean & ready upon our arrival.|Swimming pool was good. Our 7yr old kid enjoyed small water rides.|Food options are limited but the cook is a good guy too, he will ask you and suggest you some dishes upfront.|Staff overall was very helpful. We even overheard a guy telling a mother "Mam apko bache k liye raat ko milk mil jayega" which was assuring of helpful nature of the staff.|The game room needs a bit of maintenance though.|We had a valued stay. Thank you Mahi resorts for hosting us.|Definitely looking forward to coming again!

Very disappointed. If I could give 0 star, I would do that. They only have a list of amenities but they are not in proper condition. Indoor games are mostly damaged. The water activities were fun we thought but the caretaker turned it off multiple times. Rooms were lacking basic things like cupboards, a cattle, napkins. Nothing. And the worst part of staying was the night. Few families were partying the whole night and were shountig so loud that they ruined the whole night. We go the places like these to chill and relax and some nonsense people do not understand that they are disturbing others as well. We heard that they were with the owner. If that's true, he could have told them to lower the volume. Instead they were hooting until late night. We pay money to get disturbed? Plus, the landline in the room was not working to register complaint. The holiday was totally ruined. It was more chaotic than fun. Waste of money and time. One of the worst experience ever

Worst experience ..... Worst stay ever had..... They didn't provide total cost on phone after asking so many times....nd took half price for extra bed for 10 years old..... Their lunch spread was k with no desert... Cottage washroom was ewww..... tatasky was not working and they can not repair it after so many calls ... After swimming 2 towels provided for 4 persons .... They serve pavbhaji for dinner we can't imagine eating pavbhaji in dinner at any resort...... Then nightmare starts ... So many lizards in cottage room.... Upstairs guests waking on their floor and the sounds was horrible ....we can not sleep for whole night..... In morning they said we provide breakfast at 9:30 am .... Rooms don't have tea stations..... After requesting to cantine person he provide breakfast at 8:45am.......cantine worker ask us to take our plate after breakfast..... We called reception for water bottle and they rudely reply that I'm busy with my day picnic customers.. ... Ohh rooms don't have phone to contact reception.... We have to use our phone to call them..... And lots of small inconveniences are their and they don't bother abt it.....

Our visit to this resort was extremely disappointing. The room service and food quality were well below acceptable standards. Most concerning was the behaviour of the staff rude, unprofessional, and, sadly, displayed inappropriate and biased attitudes toward my family, particularly in a way that felt discriminatory and prejudiced. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and made our visit deeply uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and hospitable environment.

I recently stayed at Mahi Water gate Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked a premium property tent, expecting a luxurious and comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The amenities and services were severely lacking, and I was left extremely disappointed Firstly, the room was missing basic essentials like a wardrobe or hangers to hang clothes. Even the bathroom didn't have a proper place to keep clothes, which was incredibly inconvenient. For a premium property, this level of neglect is unacceptable. The bathtub was another major issue. It didn't block the water properly, making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing bath. This is such a basic requirement, and the fact that it wasn't functional was frustrating. The food was another low point of my stay. If there was an option to give a 0 rating, I would. The quality and taste were extremely poor, and it felt like no effort was put into the meals. For the price I paid, I expected much better dining options. Lastly, I confirmed with the hotel a day before my trip about the TV in the room, as it was important for my stay to enjoy the India final match. Despite their assurance, the TV didn't work for the first 5 hours after we arrived. This lack of attention to detail and failure to address basic requests was very disappointing. One of the most frustrating issues was the water leakage from the bathroom into the room. Due to this, we had to put all our bags and luggage on the bed to prevent them from getting wet. It was incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially since we couldn't even place extra mattresses for the kids on the floor. This completely ruined our stay and made it impossible to relax. The Paneer Chili Dry was overly salty, which significantly impacted the overall taste. While the dish had potential, the excessive saltiness made it difficult to enjoy. The breakfast options were quite basic, consisting of bread with butter, aloo paratha, and tea/coffee. While these items are classic breakfast choices, the variety felt limited. Overall, my experience at Mahi Hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The premium price tag did not match the subpar facilities and services. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
