The property, location, and overall setup of the hotel are beautiful and thoughtfully done -- definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The food was also good, with a decent variety and flavors that matched expectations. However, the experience fell short when it came to hospitality and staff services -- something you'd expect to be a strong point, especially under the Radisson brand. At check-in, we faced significant delays in basic service requests. An extra bedding (a paid one, no less) took over two hours to be delivered, despite multiple follow-ups. A simple cutlery request took an hour and several reminders. On Day 2, we encountered an issue at the gaming zone where we were suddenly asked to do a minimum recharge -- something that was not mentioned anywhere on their queue card or guidelines. We also inquired about a room upgrade -- completely understand if it wasn't available, but just getting a confirmation on that took over 3-4 hours. When I escalated these concerns to the manager, he did offer to do something to make up for the experience -- which I appreciate. But since all our meals and extras were already part of the plan or prepaid, there wasn't really anything left to accept or ask for. The decor for my birthday done was mere 2 towels made a swan thats it! To sum up -- while the property checks many boxes visually and aesthetically, the service and staff responsiveness were not at par with what you'd expect from a Radisson-branded experience. I wouldn't recommend it if you're going in expecting the polished hospitality that's typical of the Radisson chain. It's labeled as a Radisson Individual property -- and that distinction, unfortunately, reflects more in the service gap than in any individuality or charm

This place is a not-so-hidden gem. The rooms are at the standard of international luxury properties. They have done a very good job designing the property and keeping it very clean. The staff is impeccably trained for high quality service. There must be a strong air filter running in the building because it feels so much cleaner than other places in the area. The food at both the buffet dining and food hall are both amazing. You must try the Achari paneer at the food hall. And the cilantro paneer & tandoori soya chunks at the dinner buffet. The masala dosa station at breakfast is amazing too. Bhaskar and Avinash are great waitstaff. They're attentive and provide good service. And Goli is a great chef. His food is very good.
I had a great experience at Uday Palace in Navsari. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. Perfect place for family stays or small events. Highly recommended!
The room wasn't clean at the time of arrival. It had loads of spider webs in walls and behind the curtains. The food court manager at the hotel was rude and unprofessional, when we asked for schezwan fried rice he said it's not available, even when there was veg fried rice at available in menu pricing at Rs. 200/- but after a lot of arguments, he agreed to make it but charged extra exorbitant at Rs. 350/- which was almost like extortion. The game zone wasn't as good as thought as most of the games were not working. Also, at the theatre, the food stall (popcorn) wasn't operational. Also, they didn't even provide the late check out even after staying for 3 nights 4 days (not even half n hour). The pool side didn't have any lifeguards. There was no proper cleanliness in the washroom near the pool area. Also, many common toilets didn't have tissue rolls. The pool side didn't have pool toys for kids. No person to attend at the pool side for any requirements. Even the pool needs regular cleanliness every 3 hours, at least due to a lot of dust, leaves, etc, flying into the pool. The room bathroom was again and again getting flooded with water due to the chock up in the sink, which was very disturbing. Also, the locker inside the room wasn't that good to operate. The buffet breakfast during our stay had 70% - 90% repeated menu which was also annoying. Especially the desert and south Indian food section. Desserts, sweets, etc. seem to be re-used and weren't looking that fresh. But 1 -2 items of the breakfast menu were not excellent but good in taste, like dosa, it's coconut chutney and tea. Overall, the staff needs to be more experienced and more professional, and the food court prices need to be revised for some of the food items as it's too exorbitant overpriced. It seems the priority of this property is to only look out for destination weddings and parties. Just liked it a bit but didn't love it as was expected from Radisson Group of Hotels. Hope you learn from your mistakes and provide the best of hospitality to the upcoming guests with complete customer satisfaction. Just the architectural construction in the theme of Rajasthan palace type i loved it. But you should add some welcoming ideas similar to it to match the vibe. Appreciation for Abhishek (Butler / Waiter) at the food court he was excellent and polite and seems to be very professional as well. (10/10). Overall staycation 2.5/5.
Mr. Kailash Kuntal and Ms. Lahiri were too kind throughout and prepared a very delicious Cake for my birthday. They were extremely sweet to make it on the house. Well assisted us during our meals and kept Making sure if we ever needed anything.

Lovely hidden gem with friendly and competent staff. The rooms were nice, but a little more attention to the cleanliness (especially the bathroom) would give this an easy 5 stars! Food and staff at the restaurant were so lovely too! A special shout to the reception staff who were so helpful in getting me a car.
