I had an amazing experience staying at Sai Hotel Navsari . From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch! The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the gym had all the equipment needed for a good workout. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options. Breakfast was especially delightful, with fresh and tasty choices to start the day right. The location was perfect--easily accessible and close to major attractions. The hotel's concierge was very helpful in guiding me with local sightseeing and transportation. Overall, my stay at Sai Hotel Navsari exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I can't wait to visit again!

Terrible Experience - OYO and Hotel Both are Scam! I booked a room at this hotel through OYO and had a horrible experience. I arrived at 12:30 AM midnight 6th Feb 24 with my parents, spouse, and children, only to be told by the hotel that I had no booking! Despite showing my confirmed booking details, the hotel completely denied it and refused to provide a room. I spent an hour arguing until 1:30 AM, trying to sort out the issue. I called OYO customer support, hoping for help, but instead of resolving the matter, they offered me a refund rather than assisting me in getting the room I had already paid for! What's the point of booking through OYO if the hotels don't honor the reservations? To make things worse, the hotel demanded 1800 for the same room I had booked for 500 on OYO. Clearly, they were trying to scam travelers at midnight, knowing they had no other choice. This seems like a fraudulent practice by both OYO and the hotel, exploiting guests when they have nowhere else to go. This experience was not only stressful but also unacceptable. I would never recommend booking this hotel or using OYO again. I'm even considering filing a complaint with Grahak Suraksha to report this issue. This hotel is fraud. They don't allow check in for online booking. Asks for extra money. Also the hotel manager and staff is very rude. Filthy and unhiginc place. Do not book online or offline. Also the good reviews u see on internet is given by owner himself. Don't get fooled.

Very bad service and rude communication with owner of this hotel. Oyo will show price 500 to 700 perperson for a room but owner will ask 1500 for same room.

Spacious room, neatness was maintained, near the railway station, cooperative staff. Highly recommend booking if you are visiting Navsari. You won't be disappointed by the service and staff. I would definitely book again!
