I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. The location is also excellent, with several shops and popular brand outlets within walking distance, making it very convenient. A special thanks to the hotel team for the complimentary room upgrade -- it truly made my experience even better. Appreciate the warm hospitality!

Very good hotel and it's total value for money. Stayed there for two nights.Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food . Breakfast was okay and there is a scope for improvement. It's located in a very good area with good restaurants and shopping centers in close vicinity. Highly recommend.

My stay was acceptable for the most part. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for several nights. There were several things in the room that took away from the stay though, causing inconveniences. 1. First was the issue with wifi. It was very spotty if it connected but most of the time, I didn't stay connected. The TV had apps but the internet wouldn't connect so I couldn't stream Netflix or Youtube. 2. In the bathroom, the toilet sprayer was dripping water. The shower head was on the ceiling, so it was impossible to take a shower and not get my hair wet. To combat this, I used the sprayer against the wall, but the shower head continued dripping from overhead. There was also a window behind the sink faucet that faced into the bedroom. It was an odd choice. 3. Lastly, my cell phone USB-C power adapter was taken and/or misplaced by the hotel. My cousin spoke with management, and they assured their staff would not take it. They stated that the cleaning staff does not move personal items when they are cleaning. They informed us that they spoke to their cleaning staff, but it was not recovered. Thankfully I had taken my charging cable with me so I was able to use my power bank for the rest of my trip but I had to spend $50 for another one when I got back home. There were a few positives though: 1. Modern hotel overall. 2. The bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with AC or charging our devices. 3. Cleaning staff and front desk was friendly.

Nice clean rooms and amenities. Good food menu options. Property is very well maintained considering it is more than 3 years old. Ample parking space also. Provision for EV charging also there. Staff is very responsive and attentive for any queries. Management open to suggestions also.

This hotel is in Navsari. Friendly staff, good customer service. Nice hotel, convenient location. Had lunch the food was good. Although, breakfast needs some more variety., it has more on Indian food, not much on cereal. I would definitely go and stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms are decent with all amenities and good bathrooms with luxurious toiletries. The shower was wonderful! The breakfast was included and while not extensive: it was just enough. Vegetarian with sugar free options for tea and coffee. What I disliked was the beverages were served in cardboard cups but crockery for tea/coffee given on request. Just try out their Gujarati khaman: without sugar. The reception staff was friendly and co-operative. Housecleaning was perfect. The hotel has an extensive parking and is just fifteen twenty minutes away from the railway station. Recommended.

We found the hotel clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. |Breakfast was varied, they had a fair selection of local dishes, however would have liked to have had a selection ofpastries and local biscuits.ie. jeera biscuits |Location was excellent.|I will definitely be staying there again.
