HOTEL SHAHI DARBAR

With all the hotels being extremely busy during this time, this hotel managed to accommodate me and my mom. All thanks to the manager Munaf. The location was perfect for us as my mother had check-ups at Yashfeen hospital which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant food was delicious, and the room was up to a good standard. We both felt very safe during our stay. The overall staff was very helpful. I would totally recommend this for your stay.

Good place we went for Non Veg dishes. Tasty and value worthy foods.

Not a big deal place to visit. My brother in law recommended it as a fantastic place to eat. But then I have tasted his wife's cooking and I assume his standards aren't that high...... It was basic. Food is OK atmosphere is nothing special. Staff are nice but again I wouldn't go here as a special trip. We were in navsari kids were hungry so we went. If it was just me and my wife I would have found another place.

Best hotel with good owner staff rooms are too good with comfortable beds and neat Must recommend !!!

My worst food experience, i came for veg food nd ordered 3 items all are totally worst.

One of the worse hotels I've stayed it. I stayed there for over a month. The main receptionist, I think his name is munaf, is very rude. He's constantly trying to start arguments. I am a foreign customer and he's always arguing with me. He has no customer service skill and he's also very racist. The hygiene level in the hotel is very low and there are a lot of insects there. The mattresses there are rock solid and just feel so cheap. Feels like I'm sleeping on the floor. Everything about the place feels cheap. Constantly have to ask the people to clean the room and bring me towels. In terms of the food, the food is okay. The staff at the restaurant are very good people. The owner of the hotel is also very rude and aggressive. I asked for a receipt and he refused to give it to me untill I mentioned that I will go to the local police. In the receipt he wrote the wrong figure. I paid more than the actual amount on the receipt. They are very dodgy people and I would stay far away from them as possible.

Room with 5 beds was specious however bathroom was congested. Restaurant below hotel is serving good non veg food.

Good hotel for family, rooms are clean, people managing are very polite and helpful, below restaurant is available food is good, room service is also available,free wifi in the room which was working very smoothly. Our stay was very good we loved our stay in this hotel
