Hotel Royal Regency

Fantastic location and amazing staff. Have been coming here for every year since 2013. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded. They are very clean but the plumbing needs to be changed. The staff and the owners are fantastic folks.

Rating: I've been a regular guest at Hotel Royal Regency, Navsari, and have stayed here many times before with good experiences. However, this time was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had to book five rooms and was suddenly asked to pay the full amount in advance, which has never been the case in any of my previous bookings. When I raised this politely and mentioned that I've never even been asked for a any advance payment before, I was still willing to pay 5,000 (1,000/- per room) as a reservation amount -- I even clearly stated that in case of cancellation, I wouldn't ask for a refund. Despite this reasonable offer, the manager spoke to me very rudely and in derogatory terms, and outright refused to take the booking. This is the first time I've faced such unprofessional behaviour from this hotel. I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew, but after this incident, my opinion has changed drastically. Sadly, I can no longer vouch for their hospitality or customer service. When I asked them to let me talk to the owner, they bluntly refused. Then the manager came on the line & his first statement was "kya natak kar rahe ho aap" And instead of sorting out the problem, he aggravated it more . I would like that if the owner /management reads this review please see that the manager on duty on 9/4/25 at 7:30 pm should be taken to task and I would be obliged if the Owner or Management can please contact me so that I can give you a real picture. This type of unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff will not only spoil the image of the hotel but also hinder it's growth and development in this world of competition.

Hotel used to be very good but it's very clear it hasn't been maintained for a while. The rooms are needing a refresh along with the bathrooms.

Dear All, Date-17/11/24 it was my friend's wedding so I had booked a room at your hotel for his wedding night and your hotel staff treated us very badly we had to decorate the same room so 4 people went to decorate the room but your staff told us that only 2 people can decorate it and that too only for 30 minis then we 2 people came to the hotel to leave my friend and my friend's wife in the room, then again your staff told us that no one except those who are staying in the room can go in the room whereas we had come to leave only couples, 2 person of your staff behaving very rude like he is giving us for free stay. Such a bad hotel all are behaving like local guest house. They don't have guest respect And I will also share my entire experience on social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) because what happened to us should not happen to anyone else. And after seeing all your services, I did not like it at all. I suggested my friend to book your hotel and this is my and my friend's very bad experience with your hotel.

Our one night stay at this hotel wasn't pleasant. Rooms not clean, bathroom dirty. Breakfast could have been better. Hotel needs a lot of improvement & refurbishing. Location a bit noisy. Hotel rate a bit pricey compared to the quality & standard of room.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at outside of my home country (Australia). The staff are all absolutely amazing, super kind, super accommodating and super attentive to all your needs. Great food and great chai!!! Anything you need whether it be directions somewhere, to hail a Rikshaw or even just general questions the staff here will go above and beyond to help you out. The rooms although not the flashiest are comfortable and have a home vibe to them. Anytime we needed anything the staff got it sorted immediately. Any and everytime i visit Navsari I'll be coming to stay here and I recommend anyone else in the area to stay here as well! Perfect location in the heart of Navsari, super easy to get a Rikshaw anywhere you need to go.
