GD Hotel

We were there during Utaran in January 2025 and the service, rooms, ambience- all of it was so commendable. An old person in our party fell ill and they were so kind about that too. Food was good and they had a Sufi music dinner one of the days too. Highly recommend.

Overall, my stay was very good. The hotel looks modern. However, my bathroom was a little bit dated. The hot water wasn't very hot. This could be because the bathroom was dated. There is lovely seating outside too.

Very nice staff. Super helpful front desk executive Mr. Dhyeya who was very attentive. This was a random selection on the way and was a very pleasant stay. Excellent location right at the highway. Very beautiful property and wide area. Dinner at the poolside and indoor options make it nice. Bonfire is freely available in the evening which does make it very cozy.

The hotel room did not meet the standards of a four-star property it was quite basic. The worst part was the shower; when turned on, yellow, dirty water came out. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they didn't seem to take it seriously. While the property looked impressive from the outside, the rooms themselves were quite underwhelming.

On 31st Dec'24, we were forced to hire 2 deluxe rooms even though other rooms were available. They lied saying other types are not available. We found out this lie during breakfast next day as there were hardly 10 -12 rooms booked. TV Channels were not working as payment was not done. They told us payment is being made now and it will start in 15 minutes. This happened twice but channels never started! Fan regulator was not working. AC remote was not available. No buckets and mug in bathroom! We were told complimentry breakfast will be available at 6:0 AM. Even at 6:45 AM, they were still preparing!

Now the reviews and ratings might be misleading here for this place! Most of the positive reviews has been given for restaurant section of this hotel which is indeed a cool place have meal. But story is different altogether when it comes to the lodging section of this premise! Highly overpriced.... They are not maintaining even a common amenities like hot water supply, tv, AC etc. - room is below 200sq feet (including washroom) which feels too congested - AC cooling has been fixed to certain temperature, and its remote doesn't work - fan regulation doesn't work either - there is always insufficient balance in their DTH account - the most crazy thing I noticed is missing of flush valve at WC unit, instead, they provide ordinary valve which is not viable So the bottom line this place is worth visiting to explore the restaurant . But will never recommend this place for stay!

The rooms are OK. Ventilation over the bed and a functioning AC. Breakfast is rather disappointing, but they'll make you a black coffee and some buttered toast. If you're noise sensitive you might need ear plugs, the hotel is right next to the national motorway and therefore there's a lot of honking to be heard. The staff is friendly, the clerks speak English, but not the kitchen staff. Luckily google translate can bridge the gaps in communication. Couples use the romantic venue as photoshoot location for their wedding photos.

I have been there n the experience was amazing ... N the breakfast was yum n the service of the girl named Karishma was quite amazing.. she attended us so lovingly n politely.. she manages all the things so nicely.. we will be there soon Thanks to Karishma again
