From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, modern, and had a gorgeous view of the city. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept like babies. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy without disturbing us. The concierge was very helpful, recommending great local restaurants and activities. Misleading Name - Should Be Called Garbage Palace Our experience at Hotel Gold Palace, Navsari was absolutely awful. The name is totally misleading - it should be called Garbage Palace instead. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and completely uncooperative. They spoke badly, showed no professionalism, and had zero sense of hospitality. Things were so bad, we ended up taking our deposit back and walking out. I strongly advise against staying here. Don't fall for the name - there's nothing golden about this place.

My experience Was very bad with hotel gold palace. Service was not so well as expected. We Booked for Honeymoon for night but they didn't allowed decorate the Room. Receptionist told us you cant decorate the room before time. we booked room for 24 hours and they didn't allowed. Waste of money. Please do not visit this hotel
