Room in super delux category is good. Staff's behavior is good and humble And made comfort and tasty food as required. Hospitality is excellent and match our expectations. There is also indoor game and swimming pool here where we can enjoy family time

We had a family Reunion here with about 38 members. Nice rooms, with good facilities like conference room, game zone, big garden, good parking area, well maintained swimming pool, dJ dance facilities, etc. Food is ok, not upto mark, service is poor, they have less staff than required. Lastly It is not property marked on Google Maps, the map leads to uneven village road when you are just about to reach.

I had an amazing experience at Om Sanctuary Resort. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made my stay unforgettable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the wellness activities were rejuvenating. I can't wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at om sanctuary resort by pinks Hospitality, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort exceeded my expectations in nearly every way, offering the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and adventure.

One of the worst places to for Stacation or having your event here. They truly don't understand the meaning of hospitality. I had my function here, which should be a special day, thanks to them they made it absolutely horrible. If you're planning something here, DONT! It's not even worth a penny. You'd be better off in an Oyo. If you just want to know few pointers of many: 1. No power backup - Just to give you an example my mom was stuck here for almost 20 minutes and there were no people to help her out. Extremely lazy staff, hell, they don't have any staff. You'd literally have to do everything on your own. 2. Horrible service - worst hospitality I've come across 3. My brothers had to literally carry the mattress on their own to their room 4. Rooms are in serious need of improvement, all the bathrooms are blocked and extremely unhygienic. 5. They will not clean the room, their intercom service is just for the show. There's absolutely nobody to answer the phone at the reception 6. Food is decent but they'll serve it cold. Nothing is ready on time, one has to wait almost 60 minutes for the menu which was already decided a week back. 7. If you are planning to take your guests here, I assure you it's going to be an embarrassment to you. They are hugely disappointing, and it'll leave a bad impression on your guests. 8. Exorbitantly overpriced, and fraudsters. 9. Beware of the owners and everybody's sweet talk there. They scam you for money. Please choose a better place There's no power backup, and your guests will have to literally carry your luggage. They over promise and don't deliver. That's their motto. The food is delicious, but served cold. They promise million things in the start but will absolutely refrain from acknowledging. It's a full proof scam, they talk sweet but later you realize that are just trying to fool you. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

It was nice experience in the resort peaceful area excellent service nice swimming pool good food sab se Inka dal khichdi was very very very best special thanks to management for good and polite staff we enjoyed horse riding also enjoyed game zone games like air hockey pool table tennis cricket
