worst ever hotel in terms of service and human behaviour. i was pregnant and not feeling well i ask them for one more towel and they denied and told us to pay 50 for extra towel. this hotel is not women friendly i wud urge govt of gujarat & govt of india to take strict action aganist janak n dhiren. management shud take cognizance to suspend such unhuman staff. strict action on janak will make other guest comfortable to stay in hotel. They dont have any restaurant service and behaving like we are on road. kindly avoid staying in this hotel untill public apology i will make efforts this msg shud reach owners and govt of gujarat.

We asked for bath towel and we got revert of chargeable for extra towel. This hotel doesn't have any manners how to speak with client. I would say kindly find another option in city for stay. We stay because hospital was in just front no cooperation from their end

Can't fault the service but next to a very busy road so brings some good quality ear plugs if you want any chance at a good night sleep.
