Extremely warm staff with great service. We celebrated with freshly baked cake and their ambience was also great. Overall it's great place to stay and well within budget.calm place near by city is one of best for to take a weekend getaways and relax.

Spacious Room, Value for Money, Service quite slow. Renovation work going on so its noisy. Location is very proper. Only disadvantage i find is it has veg non veg restaurant and kitchen is not separate. So pure veg and jain guy won't be comfortable to opt... They asking ID card of Kids too. So be ready to bring.

It's a good Rssort only if all the amenities are functioning. There is a lot of construction going on in the property. They should finish this work asap as it hampers the stay. Staff need to learn to be a bit more humble. A lot of follow up is done while checking out of the hotel. They will be behind your life and will call you every 5 minutes if the room is not vacated at 10 am sharp. Kindly change this attitude of yours. 30 minutes won't matter a lot to you.

I stayed here with my parents for one night. The lobby was being renovated at the time. There was dust everywhere including in our rooms. Although rooms appeared to have been recently renovated, it lacks maintenance. There were layers of dust on every corner of the rooms and in bathrooms. The boiling water kettle had water in it and it stank like gutter. I think the management needs to hire a better staff that knows what maintaining a good property is! I expected better place for the value. I think this property can be really good if staff knows how to maintain it properly.

The food was delicious Uruj malik was very nice and hospitable. We really liked the ambience. All types of varieties of food were tasty but we really liked South Indian especially Dosa . It was freshly prepared and different flavors melted in the mouth
