Just to pass night stay. An old man room service staff having non cooperative nature. In spite of availability of towel he will tell you "towel not available" Not satisfied with room service staff.

Worst hospitality don't have manners to talk with customers there is no such greeting..Worst place I have visited the one who is aged in receptionist he is way to rude..I will not suggest any one to come here....

Their rooms are not according to their price worst and dirty washroom ,worst room , food quality is good and their restaurant services is good but I don't want to stay in this hotel next time....

A nice quiet place, to have a quick grab to eat before you board the train. Nice warm and friendly service by the waiting staff Rakesh Bhai, who took great care of us. The food was also delicious while quality and quantities were also sufficient for one person to have. The prices of the items are also reasonable.

This place offers good food like Gujarati Thali, Punjabi Thali, Chinese and many more. Blue Room Hotel is the most important place for people to stay for some time.And all the rooms are clean and have great amenities for everyone. Couple rooms are also available in this hotel.And all good food is also available near this place. Very important thing is that this hotel is very close to railway station,bus station.

I would like to clarify that I only went for a dinner in their restaurant. I ate Gujarati Thali. They charge Rs. 120 for a fixed Gujarati thali, which has three vegetables, five rotis, dal, bhat etc. While the quality was not bad, the items were served hot and fresh, I am not sure it would be enough quantity for someone, with high quantity food requirement. But, overall, it would be good enough for an average eater. The dish was simple, healthy and the seating arrangement, ambience, service are of top class (I mean, if the price of the dish is Rs. 120, the service they provide is better than that). You can definitely go with your family. Parking should not be a big problem either. Though there is no dedicated parking, there is enough room outside the restaurant. At the same time, it was never an extra ordinary experience. The quantity of vegetables was on lower side. You can order extra chhas. I think they charge 10 or 20 rs per glass (forgot that).

Rooms are neat and tidy. But better to stay away from rest room if you want cleanness. Roomservice can be better. Better to avoid drinking water as it is of multiple times reused bottles. Food is good.

Room service is very bad night staff very negative parson all' are zero education & old age parson I am stay since last 10 years . They are not giving respect regular costomer.
