The Village Resort

I had a wonderful experience at The Village Resort, Mundra, and a big part of that was thanks to Vihan. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. From ensuring our needs were met to providing excellent recommendations, he truly went above and beyond. If you're visiting this resort, you can expect great service from him. Highly recommend!

It's only for the person needed silent and do not disturb till he call. There are different type of mosquito in this area which are not controlled by good night or mortin.. No service on first call..

I am your regular customer. This was my second visit to your hotel at Mundra. I had called the Mundra facility on Friday 7th Feb, for a 2 day booking and I was promised that the room price per day would be 2600 incl. Tax and Breakfast. At the time of checkout, I was asked to pay additional tax. I asked the receptionist to listen to the phone recording, to verify the price mentioned during tele-booking, but the receptionist was fully drunk and was not able to understand our concerns. He was asking repetitive questions, and was forcing us to pay the tax amount. After too much of unnecessary discussion he agreed to deduct the tax amount, I made the payment and we left. In 5-10 mins, I received the call from him that I have made partial payment (even though he had agreed to the price of 2600 incl. tax when I actually made the payment). He started harassing me by calling continuously, it was 2:30 AM in the morning. I told him that I'll lodge a complain at the police that you are drunk and misbehaving, he started giving bad words, and started disrespecting. This was the most pathetic experience I have ever had at any hotel. I need urgent and strict actions on this event. And this is not the first time, last time as well, some manager was drunk and came to my room to discuss about the room price. I ignored as I didn't want to create a ruckus. But it happened again. Consuming alcohol in a dry state, and harassing customers is a crime and should not be bared. I demand urgent and strict actions against your hotel staff who drink at and harass customers. If not, I'll have to take some legal action from my end.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed attention to the hotel. I loved everything!; I highly recommend (The village resort ) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!.

The staff is very nice or the room is very nice or the food is very tasty or the best thing is Himanshu ji's friendly nature or his relationship. I must say this to everyone at least once. Thanks for everyone specifically Himanshu ji..

Excellent facilities, good food, Himanshu Nagi excellent man he help lot of things. He did excellent job and very helpful person.

Food wise :It is a good place to visit as compared to other places in Mundra. They maintain hygiene.
