Hotel Shiva Club & Resort - Mundra

Rooms are good, but they did not have anu window for air circulation. They need to improve that and need to imporve service a lot in restaurant....the restaurant staff is really lost, they are not able to take care good, due to less staff....Also breakfast is very bad, sugar is already added in tea, which is wrong if someone not take tea with sugar....breads are very bad condition and old....food is not that good in taste also...need to improve that all things. So we can try hotel with breakfast also.

We went first for the food, William Jones. Staying for more than a year there, I can say this is the only place I like to go for chill and hang out. Decent place for all you can eat with very low price of rs. 259.

The reception staff does not allow any guest to sleep in their hotel. Why?????? Any time they call in any room and disturb their clients. Unwanted and louder music started in the early morning hours. Resulting to no sleep in the morning hours. Staff behavior is very bad with the client if you want to sleep in their hotel. The hotel staff's main agenda is only no one can sleep in their hotel. If anyone does not want to sleep and learn how to harass your client then you are in the right place.

I stayed 2 nights at Hotel shiva club and resort last week, reception alloted a nice room , I am very happy to see thier standard procedure for check in and all safety protocol. ||Sanitised room area and clean room linen, I impressed. Also observed they are maintaining social distance , mask mandatory for all and hand sanitizer at lobby. ||Will recommend all my friends to stay here cause they are offering very good price which is set all corporate client like me in this pandemic situation.

Getting Hot water in bath room not available, staff not supported, bath towel not clean, higin and very dirty. Wi Fi not working, in-spite of repeated requests, no body attended. Room floor are not cleaned for years.

A nice hotel stay at best rates . Rooms were very nice and comfy. The staff here were also much friendly. One can just enjoy the stay here in Shiva Club and Resort. I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends and Family.||Do meet Mr. Suryansh ( Manager) he will make your stay best and comfortable .
