Hotel Sapphire Mundra

Both veg and non-veg food is available. Taste of food for certain items like kaju currey, panner tika masala was good. Mutton biryani didn't taste good. Cleanliness is maintained. Television is not available in dinning hall. Staff has mistakenly served non-veg food in vegetarian plate twice. Cost was little higher side only.

Great staff co ordinating with respect and manners. Food quality is too good i wish they have a great hotlier future ahead. The reception guys too good and answerable for all the belonging of the hotel Mrs. Abid Men. Thankx for the welcoming!.

First location is not good. Moreover they charged me full day tariff Rs. 1700 against extra stay 3.5 hrs where i requested and discussed they agreed for extra nominal charged for extra hours but at last movment they were not on their commitment , one man is there his Name is ANWAR was showing dadagiri and told like yes we will charge for full day and told me we never follow commitment. He totally destroying the business of owner as his behaviour he not good and acting like he is king of that area

I stayed there jn the month of march. The food was upto the mark, perfect with the taste & the rooms were very clean & the room service / hotel manager were prompt to assist at any time of the day. i was satisfied with the stay. Highly recommended.

Non veg and veg tastes good.quality is good and ambitious is ok...I feel cost is big higher for that type location...even thought tasty food ....

The Hotel is at prime location, easy for Mundra Port and Mundra Village to reach. Quite n secure place to be in. The staff are good and cleanliness is okay. Main highway hotel. The buffet is limited varieties, but at this price is quite reasonable.

Prices are high. They did not negotiate , i recommend the person who does not have financial issue can go over here. Over all staff and hotel is good , i just felt quite costly. I recommend to book the rooms in advance because mostly all the rooms pre booked over here and it is highly in demand. If you are going here take the dulex room and try to book from Make my trip you will get benefits.
