Terrible Experience at Surbhi Restaurant - Avoid at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience at Surbhi Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed completely disinterested. We had to wait forever just to get a menu, and when we finally placed our order, it took an eternity for the food to arrive. And when it did? What a disaster! The food was cold, tasteless, and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were off, the ingredients didn't seem fresh, and some dishes were downright inedible. To top it off, we even found a hair in one of our plates--absolutely disgusting! The staff didn't seem to care about anything. When we complained, they were rude and dismissive, acting like it was our fault for expecting decent food and service. The hygiene of the place was questionable too Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend Surbhi Restaurant to anyone. Save your time, money, and stomach--go somewhere else!

I was here multiple times for only one reason. That is good food and value for money. The restaurant ambiance is also good however the location and surrounding locality is quite average.

Safe to stay with family, I also stayed for one week with wife. Hotel staff service good. Would again like to visit.

A good and affordable hotel in the mundra area. We've stayed there for over a month for official purposes. It was a nice experience. The staff members are helpful and supportive. Clean and hygienic hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is vegetarian and the dishes are delicious. All the necessary facilities are available in the hotel room. Also it'll be cleaned regularly and refilled the items. And also pool facilities are available.

The service is terrible . The waiters are not understanding and hearing properly. They forget to note the order only, they don't even write the order, they just hear it and walk away and after that they say ki order diya hi nhi .

Food Quality is good but incapable of handling more customers in resturant as well as unable to provide quality service at restaurant at the time festivals.No response from restaurant staff, unnecessary delays in providing food.

Went for a medical fraternity meeting. Overall the hotel seems nice.

The rooms are clean and neat even the washroom is good. But the area is so busy when I tried i didn't get room. The service is fast staff behavior is good. The restaurant is only veg but it's a bit costly I felt. The complimentary breakfast is very good. It starts early by 7 30 helpful for early check out people
