I booked that hotel offline. I stayed there 4 days. Room was very spacious and nice; location is good but i have issue with service. They clean rooms but not in my presence. They have another key and they open room everyday without taking my permission. I found that one item is missing from bag when i reach at home.

Rooms are not clean, every where pan gutka spitting in washrooms. No phone in room to call room service, Reception. Worst service experienced.

Had been to this hotel on 21st January 2021 for a lunch with my family. Taken few pictures and a video too. You may see the video on YouTube. It is really a nice hotel for family, and business class people to dine and stay at. Great location, nearness to port, easy transport, nice environment, free parking space, cleanliness, tasty food and what more...polite and a well trained staff.

Good people are rare and you will find some of them working in this hotel. Also one alien who does everything from room service , reception and cooking also he was the waiter all at the same time.

This place is good when you're in mundra, a budget hotel with excellent staff and wonderful food...

I was stayed in this hotel for two days.good comfortable rooms in neat and clean condition.it is located in Shakti Nagar .easy to access for Mundra port.additionally main benefit is near multiplex available for movie.
