I had booked room with advance payment for in hotel but some of reason I had cancle this booking and confirm that my today plan was cancle and claiming refund but they denied to refund with arrogant behavior. Many hotels I which I have to pay advance and if the booking cancel they pay my amount due respect. I strongly derecommend don't pay advance for bookings pay only arrival.

Dear Manager Suraj , I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant on 18/aug/2024. ,My family and I visited your establishment with high expectations based on the reputation and reviews we had seen, but unfortunately, the quality of the food we received was far below what we anticipated. Specifically, the mashala Dhosa, Spring Roll Dosa we ordered were not up to standard. The such as "the food was no test Shabbar & dhosa made the meal unpleasant and unappetizing. We also noticed that the overall presentation and temperature of the food did not meet the usual standards. Had a wonderful experience at the HOTEL ICON INN The property is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Food, staff, and immediate services to its hospitality is pleasure visiting ,the food at DOSA PLAZA is delicious a must try in MUNDRA, all the staff are very courteous & attentive Highly recommended.
