The Fern Residency, Morbi

I recently stayed at The Fern Residency in Morbi and had a truly pleasant experience, especially with the quality of the room. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel. The decor struck a perfect balance between modern amenities and a warm, inviting ambiance, making it feel like a cozy retreat. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was always tidy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for both work and leisure. What stood out most was the quiet and serene environment inside the room, providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The in-room dining service was prompt, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. They have two restaurants and both restaurant service was too good ......and food was also good ...specially (avijit maity & subhajit ) service was very prompt always smile on his face ..... thanku for your lovely service ..... Strongly recommend for all

We booked two rooms for four adults. Hotel rooms are nice from inside and clean. Hotel is located just on the highway and that was why we booked this hotel in the first place. Complementary breakfast was good. However, double bed in one of the rooms seemed small in width while sleeping with children. I was told that it is king size but the width seemed smaller than 78". Food / beverages are very expensive, even more so when you consider that the hotel is located in a non metro city. Also they have a wierd custom of inspecting the rooms when checking out, while the guest waits for a green signal from their staff. That somewhat felt insulting. Further no complementary fruit basket was provided as mentioned in the booking document. When asked, I was told that they don't provide it at any of their locations.

Overall a nice stay at Morbi. Rooms are big and clean. The hotel has 2 restaurants with pretty ok food but prices are bit more. Breakfast buffet is a good option to choose while booking the stay..!!

I had an exceptional stay at the Fern! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. The breakfast spread was amazing and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend The Fern Residency Morbifor a luxurious and memorable stay.

It was a great experience... I really had a good time.. Hospitality and staff behaviour was really good especially Sayani one of their staff's behaviour was very kind and helpful ..

Checked in Fern Hotel Morbi on 07/01/2025. Had consumed a box of cashews worth 150/- but the hotel instead billed 630/- stating that other 3 boxes were tampered with & I repacked it. Even though none of the 3 boxes had even a dry fruit less, he started accusing me of opening it. Mr. Rohit on reception was adamant that I pay for it. Interesting way to dupe customers! He said that they trust their staff more than their guests. Given the paucity of time, I had no option but to pay for it. Also, the property manager was unavailable. Everything else was 10/10 at the property, but they have lost me as a customer because of this made-up accusation of 630/- bucks! I happily gifted the other 3 intact boxes to Mr. Rohit at the counter to consume & relish. Not staying here again.
