"Absolute Disaster - Avoid at All Costs!" I had the worst dining experience at TK. The food was nothing short of third-class--stale, bland, and barely edible. It tasted like it had been reheated multiple times, and the ingredients seemed old. The lunch and dinner options were a total disappointment, with dishes arriving cold and lacking any flavor. To make matters worse, the staff was unbelievably rude. They act like they're doing you a favor by serving food, and any request is met with attitude. They completely ignore customers, and when I complained about the food, they just shrugged and walked away. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality! The place is overpriced for what they offer. You're better off eating street food--it would at least taste fresh! Stay away unless you want to ruin your meal and your mood.

Hotel looks quite interesting, room is clean and well maintained, bathroom is good and the service is premium. Receptionist Miss Shalini is good at work and represent nice behaviour to guests.

Worst hotel in morbi! I hate it, i wont recommend it at all, Reason:- many reasons! Receptionist is very very much rude, i had a few complaints about the room, she wasn't ready to hear them... No water in bathroom Cockroaches in cupboard Used and torn towels!! No toiletries! No water for drinking Have to convey each and every problem to them. I requested her to please change my room...she clearly stated for no room availability, She asked the clerk to get our luggage out of the hotel and clear the room. On top of this, the hotel manager called me asking to change for the other room, where did a new room come from? I walked right out of the hotel. This is all because of the receptionist and staff. Worst worst and worst.

Good service and appropriate response for the queries. Staff are so helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Wifi issues asusual like all other hotels.
