Disappointing Experience - Avoid if Possible I recently stayed here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The front desk staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by even the simplest requests. Check-in was slow and disorganized, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was in terrible condition. The furniture was outdated and worn, the bed was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was questionable at best. There was dust on the surfaces, stains on the carpet, and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the bathroom was poorly maintained--mold in the shower, low water pressure, and towels that felt like sandpaper. Noise was another major issue. The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and when I requested fresh towels, it took hours for them to arrive. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and service, but this hotel failed on all fronts. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option. There are plenty of better choices in the area for the same price--or even less. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Be cautious, Be aware. This time I hacked by the authority. I reached few hrs before check in time. At the time of check out they charged me full tariffs. Secondly I didn't book ac room. At the time of check out they charged me for ac room tariff. When I asked them they told me that the main switch was on from where they control all the AC. So this time tried to LOOT me.... And some how they became successful.

Staff and The Owner is Nice, Talkative, extremely comforting. Food is quality is outstanding. Been visiting The place since many years. It's my go-to place for family dinners. Although location could've been better. Because I face parking issues sometimes.

went Surendranagar for my personal work in an august month and stayed here for one night. room was very clean and spacious. its front desk was very well decorated and attractive. even the staff was very good. I must say that because they know very well how to treat the guest.
