Not good room No cleaning no staff behaviour

The hotel is located on the main highway approx 7 kn before the Morbi city. Has ample of parking space. The rooms are spacious & clean. Staff is attentive. Food is average. A good option for a short stay.

Nice place with great comfort. Homely stay with great treat from hotel staff. Value stay with reasonable tariff & memorable services.

Had recently been here with family for a wedding. The rooms are nice and clean. The service is also good and quick. The staff is polite. The food there is also nice. Being on the main road it is easy to reach there as well.

During morbi visit we have stay in hotel Bhavya for two days. This is my business trip. Due to great service our stay was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and cooperative. Food was tasty. Location was very near to main market.

Dusty piece of junk hotel. Room given was never dusted. Must not have cleaned for months. Lift was not working. Staff totally non helping. Anything you ask answer was no, asked to change bed sheets, pillows was told do not have. Asked guy. By lift why is not working, busy browsing his phone said don't know. Reception person very irresponsible. Worst hotel ever stayed. Stay away

Its a hotel on the highway. However the rooms are worth not more than 200-300. The food and ambience are of Rs 200-300 level. Room service is laughable. Hygine is in even deteriorating condition. In bathrooms, you get water leaks in taps, floor submerged in water, not working flush, AC pipes dripping. (photos attached). Towels had reddish marks. You can not make out whether those were chocolate marks or lipstic marks. They may be kattha marks, I guess. The building is airy, courtsey the open higway. However, there are factories in the front. So the the vehicles running on highway pull the factory smoke and spread the mix of it with there exhaust gases and gives you Bourbon whiskey smokey feel all the night. Parking is wide and good. Though a gate would add to the security.

Me and my friend visited for couple of day morbi for tiles business purpose.we booked hotel online and our expectation meet the criteria. Hotel was clean, neat, good staff services, located centrally and manager was polite.
