Great place for a getaway from city life and get closer to the nature amidst all the lush green forest and natural stream . Cooperative and friendly Management and staff. Well maintained property and good in-house restaurant. Overall a good experience with Family get-together. Great

The cheapest room is priced below 400. It is as per the rates. I have taken and posted pictures after entering the room. It's a small 8*8 room with a large bathroom but overall average but cheapest alternative for stay in Modasa

Rooms were pretty nice but bed linen needs bit cleaning

Enjoyed a lot. Owner was really helpful. Food was delicious. Enjoyed as we had a big group and they had big huge space. Most important thing they have is the personalisation as they have a policy of attending only one group at a time and so they don't make a khichdi out there. Limited persons, your own group, and fun unlimited...

We four families ( total 16 persons)had been on 6th and 7th jan 18. Accommodation was fine particularly beds , cleanliness etc. Food was also up to expectation. Place is good for children, youngsters and elders. Can enjoy nature buty including playing in group in a small swimming pool. In one sentence we were treated guests rather than customers.

Suitable place for arranging functions for atleast 500_1000 people. But parking space is slightly less than required. So you have to park on highway side which is State Highway. Landscape are well maintained. Stage is also available for small receptions etc. Overall nice place. Worth it.
