HOTEL AVENUE INN

Relatively new construction so property is still somewhat clean (only because it is relatively new). Tell tale signs of complacency are clearly visible. My prediction is in one year this hotel is going to become very dirty and will earn negative reviews. Surprised how this hotel has a 4.8 review in google. I selected the hotel on the basis of Google reviews and I feel cheated. Dirty blanket cover with uncleaned curry stains was clearly visible in the room he first allotted. Upon complaining he said take the other room. Showed no remorse that dirty blanket was provided. Even the other room which was given, the linen was not clean. Dirty linen. Looked like never washed in ages. How shamelessly they pass it on to the customer. They charge 1000 rupees per night. Might feel cheap but room is not worth even that much because of cleanliness. Linen washing may cost 50-100 rupees only. I don't mind paying that much extra. But why give used and dirty linen to customers People shouting till late in the night while we only had one night to pass and had to check out the next morning. Upon complaining the guy at the reception says without any remorse that it will continue for half an hour and then it will stop. If you want to check out even at 7 AM, there will be people sleeping on the floor in front of the reception counter. You will have to negotiate your way through them. Not at all for family. No decency being shown by people. Geyser switch is there but power is not there. You cannot switch the geyser on. You have to go to the reception guy to tell him to switch it on. Come on. It should be at the hands of the guest.

Rooms & Location is superb but service is not as expected. Need to call staff again and again for just a water bottle!! I visited for business trip and found this best as location and room wise.

What a place, I recommend this place to you all who are travelling like my family. Naveen the guy received us was the perfect person which I can imagine. To helpful, What a gesture towards my family. Good hotel in budget, clean room, staff behavior very nice, inhouse restaurant not available but can order from menu,car parking space available...

Staff was excellent and very budget friendly rooms. They are also very supportive and helpful.. overall stay was very good

A Perfect Place To Relax. Superb Service, superb ambience, washrooms are clean, nice location, satisfactorily service and The room was wonderful, clean and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
