Hotel Vits Jamnagar

Tonight, I've visited this restaurant and I was amazed how much luxury it provides in this area. Usually, you'll see dhaba hotels and average dining here and there but Vits differ from others. The restaurant Aroma is uniquely fine diner. Now if I talk about food, I had ordered Dragon Potato (if you haven't it yet and love potatoes this is for you) and it was so delicious and tasty. However, I had ordered Jalapeno & Cheese bullets which was too oily and not very tasty , manager helped me out though and gave us many options to treat us better. The Kaju curry was so tasty and yummy. What i love about this restaurant was staff. They are humble and very helpful with a smile on their face. Especially manager, Sukhbir Sharma. I have demanded many things but he didn't say no to anything and that's what hospitality and fine dining truly means. If you are with family and aim for peaceful lunch/dinner , this is the place. Especially EV riders. They have good charging station.

A Wonderful Stay! I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staffs was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home specially Priyanka And Rehan. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!..

Very bed management & service. Food quality is best but not properly organized. Our Get-together in sweet (angur rabadi) 50 person dinner after then sweet is over. & manager respond is not ok.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping ensured everything was perfect, and room service was prompt and efficient. Priyanka at the reception was warm, professional, and very helpful during the check-in process, while Rehan made sure all my needs were taken care of with a smile. We had a 2 day 2 night stay at VITS Jamnagar and honestly it wasn't as per our expectations. We struggled asking for basics like if a room has 2 adult, obviously we need 2 dental kits (did they expect we would share a single toothbrush?). They didn't change anything for the second day while the charges were per day. We didn't get any shower cap, soap or even new towels for the second day. The roomcleaning just dried up the wet towel on the sofa in the room! Who does that? Worst, the ceiling shower... It sprayed everywhere except the bottom. It wasn't fun trying to bath finding for the spray of water. They did correct it when we complained but we still didn't get the towel, toothbrush or anything. The hair dryer was not working too. Why don't they check these things? So basically they gave us no 1 night facility with a broken shower and charged for 2 nights.

Very bad management. Sweet (angur rabdi ) Stock empty and half members pending to eat sweet . And also chocolate ice cream stock empty. So please make management properly. Your management is very poor.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Food is like cherry on the cake. Dal Makhani and Bhindi masala was owesome. Stayed for two days, and surely it's worth the money spent. Thanks for Sukhdew Sharma and his team for wonderful experience.

Rooms are very much spacious..hotel is built in last 2 years only...so like new one ... But bathrooms and showers doesn't serve the purpose. No rooms has windows....
