Hotel Opera Sasan Gir

Rooms are clean and very spacious with AC and TV (but no channels and no wifi connection). Location is also very good, approx 23 km distance from devaliya safari park and surrounded by greenary (mango trees). Lake of hospitality. No one came to take luggage from ground floor, u have to do your self (although we didn't request, but u should have to do) Service was little poor. Staff are little less in number (only 2 cleaning staff), slow and look like untrained. While check in, We (with little kids) have waited for rooms at reception area, approx 30-40 min, as rooms are not cleaned. Pillow covers and bedsheets are little dirty and stained, after requesting to change, they changed without arguing (with really nice behaviour) Best thing is honest is just below hotel, really best food. Another best thing is, they didn't raised price at year ending (other approx 2000 rs room, became approx 5000 rs). Appreciated Overall good stay, must recommend. Suggestion: please increase trained staff at rush time and some hospitality.

The rooms were spacious however not well maintained in terms of dust and clean beddings. The staff tried to help with all the basic amenities in their capacity; provided shampoo, soap (handwash with more portion of water mixed), towels, kettle, tea/milk powder items. The manager dada was really good. Literally seemed like one man army. Helped us get a cab till keshod airport and cater to all out needs politely and calmly. The house keeping staff was less (maybe just 1lady available till 5pm) and she got offended on asking to change the bedsheet and blanket since they seem dirty. She also explained that she had to clean the bedsheet by hand. Maybe if they are provided washing machine and good detergents they can cater better with cleaner white sheets. The food chain they had, named 'Honest' was honestly really good; food was tasty, reasonable and they maintained cleaniness at the resturant. Overall the place seems nice for stay and there is scope of improvement which i am sure they ll do with time.

Overall the experience is good. The hotel is good to stay. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. The location of the hotel is good as well. So the next time to you visit sasan gir you can definitely stay there.

Operated by Honest, Poor room and services, used room, room was not cleaned and only one person who is managing, full with spiders and ants. Highly suggest not staying this hotel

Good option to stay near Devaliya gir national park. The rooms were good. The honest restaurant is just below the hotel with good food options. Service was ok, They don't provide soap, shampoo, dental kit etc , so you need to carry those items with you. Parking space available.

The hotel is very hygiene and rooms are very specious,staff are always attentive and respectful Room service and food was super good Gadwi bhai n kajal at reception even guided us for our tour .we loved our stay n in future undoubtedly if we are visiting those places will definitely opt for this hotel.

Worst place to stay. Unfriendly staff.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced manager was very rude in giving us rooms rooms shown was different from rooms given .no hot water.the manager using good rooms when asked for hot water the manager rudely answered us to use his room for taking bath even for ladies.worst hotel and very rude behaviour
