The place is good, but they do not provide bottled water. If you consider Bisleri 1 liter at Rs. 20, some families with babies prefer good quality water.||||In the Agoda application, it is mentioned that water is free, but when I visited the place, I found that they categorize the water. The staff can be very rude at times. I explained the full details, but the reception manager was unable to understand.||||The desk staff need to improve their courtesy, as their behavior was rude, and they should learn proper manners.

Dining experience was excellent. All staff are well behaved. Specially mentioning Neha for taking excellent care of us. Evening walk inside property was enjoying.

I mostly visit to this resort with grandpa and grandmom all the time. This time I felt change in taste in food as it was not before as it used to be before 2 year And even not the same service as I felt before I loved to play cricket in playground with family I always use to go to gym when I visit holiday and even use to get good training support from a white guy trainer before but he was not available this time,the new trainers don't guide anything even I asked that there is no water they told we don't have currently it will come when staff will come. I asked for weight support also they refused to give and ask me to come to raddison and to purchase gym package in that resort Really unsatisfied with recent experience
