The Village Resort

To be very honest if you are in the search of spoiling your trip then this is the resort you need. Staffs are so rude to you don't even come to clean the room even after calling for multiple times. Blankets were having stains and food even had hair. And when you complain for it they will start harassing you. Manager said to one of my cousin that we won't give you the room next time coz we complained about resort. Even swimming pools were having dead insect and was having dirty layer of foam. The bathroom's hot water tab was broken. After saying it for multiple times they didn't change it or get us a new room. My brother's wife planned birthday celebration there, but all the did was just some lights and balloons and for that they took 3k. The speaker hasn't even worked, and we booked for 2 hours and they told us that we are closing after 40 mins. And the best part lol you can't even go outside after 10 coz all the gates get shutdown. You're like in the jail....

Unpleasant Experience - Wouldn't Recommend Visited The Village Resort with my family and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The manager was extremely rude, and some of the staff spoke in a very disrespectful and abusive manner. There were no proper facilities, and the food quality was very disappointing. For a place that claims to offer a relaxing, family-friendly environment, this was a big letdown. Definitely not worth the time or money. I would suggest looking for better options if you're planning a family trip.

Very Disappointed--Not Recommended for Families I had a terrible experience at The Village Resort during a recent family trip. The facilities were poorly maintained and far from what was promised. The food was substandard and not suitable for a family outing. What made things worse was the rude behavior of the manager and the unprofessional attitude of the staff. One of the staff members even used abusive language, which was completely unacceptable and ruined our experience. This place is definitely not family-friendly, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful environment.

Comfortable and cozy room with affordable and good service , staff was good and Mr.Digvijay assisted well ! Container rooms are good , food is also good ! You'll get a room in the container for approximately 2200-2500 rs.

I recently visited Village Hotel Resort on December 28th and had a mixed experience. While the resort itself is excellent, with great ambiance and facilities, the food and food service left much to be desired. We began our dinner at 7:30 PM, but as of 9:10 PM, our meal was still incomplete. The delay was frustrating, and the management appeared disorganized. The staff's response to the situation was inadequate, with no proper communication or resolution offered. This kind of mismanagement overshadowed what could have been a perfect stay. Thank You for organising the event so gracefully and perfectly. We were here with the group of 24 families with 50 plus members. This location is amazing with the service it has and the ambience and food was superb. Just love the stay here with all activities. It has small playing are for children a swimming pool and container accommodation with attached washroom and sufficient space just like the coup. The staffs were also very polite and friendly and available to help and serve every moment. Definitely will visit again whenever will get the chance to be at Mandvi.

A nice resort with helpful and cooperative staff. Resort has swimming pool and kids play area with slides, swings, trampoline that would make your kids enjoy the stay there. Food served in the associated restaurant is tasty and in decent quantity and quality which would make your stay more exciting.

It is a good place near Mandavi, recently visited there for a picnic, good arrangements made by the staff of the resort. There is a place for kids to play on, and a swimming pool is also there for everyone to chill. The food was also very good and tasty. I really enjoyed it there a lot with my family. Nice place to visit. One special thing I saw there is that they have rooms made inside ship containers, that's too good.
