Shraddha Guest House

The manager did not give the room because my guests were from the northeast of India. This is pure racism. Giving excuses and doesn't tell the reason for not allowing them . I want explanation of this incident.

Worst property ever they dont have anyone to carry your luggage and they wont mention on the portal that they have only family rooms on the first floor and rest all the rooms above it when you will book a different room the hotelier will charge you extra for providing room on first floor even you will be left with no other option other than paying them because they wont even assist you on luggage and the stair are so narrow that it difficult to carry a bag also beside you. On The reception there was a 70year old person who was not willing to understand anything and was rigid so that you pay him extra. No service at all and the rooms smell so foul that its hard for you to like inside it. I wish i could have given a negative marking to this property. Only a way of making money and bluffing customers.

Best place to stay near ST bus depot. Good behavior

Hotel shrdha is in mandvi city area, good hotel for family stay, all room with new AC , room size big and with small balcony,,
