Vikrama Heritage Resort Pavagadh

Visited on 26/4/2025 Excellent Property located at about 5kms away from Holy Pavagadh Temple Base. Good Service Good Food, Humble, Polite & Well Mannered Staff. Enjoyed Horse Riding, Cycling, Swimming in the Resort. In Evening enjoyed the Karaoke Music with Old Melodious songs. Neat & Clean Space. Ample Parking. Children's Play area with Swings etc was available. Overall Enjoyed the Weekend & would definitely like to visit again if got a Chance.

The location is good overall they tried to copy the 5 star hotels service, i came for business trip but I tell you they cannot provide the best service as compared to other groups of hotel. The breakfast was complimentary and told till 10.30am it will be, when going on 10.15am the resturant manager refuse that for the day that it is closed and not having the kindness for the service he can serve later he saying u can have coffee or something. Hopeless staff after checkout I asked for refund for the breakfast that we didn't recieve the ladies manager told we cannot payback or refund and saying sorry. They charge you high and full but I'm the name of services you will get nuts. I don't recommend. Don't only waste money for fun nights but also focus on what they offers. Honest review

We visited there for a year end team lunch. The property is very beautiful with the back side mountain view and spacious. Infrastructure building texture is classy with royal touch. Colour combinations of building, floor colouring, swimming pool, everything is very thoughtful. Food is also tasty. Service is fast. Good gesture from restaurant staff.

Well maintained individual bungalows with Swimming pool and inhouse resturant..Very good ambience.Centrallised A/c and food served in resturant was ok..Probably Winter Season is ideal. Also The Pavagadh temple is just half an hour drive and spirituality can be combined with relaxation in the Super resort

Don't go with family here. They are fraud people. This is such a very rustic resort. We paid 24k for one night including Breakfast and HI Tea. We clearly asked and got confirmation for breakfast and HI Tea including with amount. They gave confirmation. We reached there fot HI Tea. We asked 3 times for menu. They didn't gave and they spoked foods menu details roughly and then gave the foods. Once we finished then they gave bill. We showed booking details and confirmation. They denied and said. It's happened by mistake you have to pay the bill. We told them all things but We tried to explain all things with respect. But The lady manager behaving like such rudely. They demanded for paying and shouting loudly on pool area She also behaving badly with all visitors. I visited many resorts. But i never faced this type of behaviour. I suggest to all people. Please do go here with your family. They don't know how to give respect people who are paying big amount. Totally 0/10. Wrost behaviour. No Respect. No Services. Bad Staff and manger.

Nice rooms five star experience....staff behaviour is very good. Food also very tasty... Enjoyed horse riding even. Keep it up.

We stayed here for one night while traveling to Haridwar. Unfortunately, they don't offer food after 11 PM, and we were really hungry after our journey, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the room was nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast didn't have many options, but the food was still good. The resort itself is beautiful--I really loved the architecture. Overall, it's a good place to stay despite a few minor drawbacks.
