The Palm Resort

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! We stayed at The Palm Resort as a group of four with breakfast included in our booking. However, in the morning, the manager rudely demanded extra money for breakfast for two of us, even though it was clearly part of our package. To make it worse, they only accept cash -- no cards or digital payment options, which was a huge inconvenience. The manager is a total cheater and extremely unprofessional. There was no service staff available when we needed anything, and the intercom didn't even work, so we had to walk to the front desk every time. The swimming pool? Just for show. There was no water in it -- a complete joke. Overall, this place is a scam. Stay away unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated poorly.

Likes the location property was covered by neem trees all around loved the food quality and staff was friendly... our whole hospitality experience was nice just felt that pool was not cleaned it had alge everywhere and water was little dirty

I had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help .The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, from the rooms to the common areas. I do recommend this place for a people with families.

Beautiful resort with amazing rooms . Best location and very spacious. Nice place for stay & outing also. Swimming pool is an eye catcher and place to relax. Good quality food and morrnnig breakfast.

We Loved It Here! From The Moment We Stepped In we Felt At Home. The Staff At This Hotel Were Incredibly welcoming And Helpful Throughout our Stay and The Room were Immaculate And Very Comfortable

If you are looking for a peaceful place with nature, nothing better then this in Mandavi. Affordable and good service by the staff.

The Resort is excellent, but lot chance of improvements like solar geysers, quality of bathing Accessories, towels to name few...but overall good experience
