Manoj is very professional and hard working.

Little unsatisfied with the atmosphere. The staff here is really good but the rooms smell like they haven't been cleaned from long time. The sink wasn't working and the bathroom was also smelling. Despite the FOOD here was good. Also they have a highly advanced hall for meeting, seminar, conference, exhibition etc.

The check in and check out services were smooth. The looks are very polished and the staff is very cordial. Food was good, could have been better but this was one of the few hotels around with breakfast buffet included, which is always appreciated! The rooms are tidy and adequate in size. I would say it's one of the costlier hotels in Morbi but it's worth the buck.

It was a nightmare for me to stay at the grand vardhman hotel, on 28 August2024 the whole night spent at reception due to electricity failure in the hotel, very bad experience. Please do not stay in this hotel you can go with nearby hotel

Very good hotel for business travellers. Very nice rooms and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. The first day we opted for breakfast plan as we reached late and second day we opted for breakfast lunch and dinner plan which worked out great. We were in morbi mainly for business and this hotel is centrally located which is extremely convenient .

I enjoyed playing Billiards and carrom. The taste and quantity of Complimentary breakfast will energize you for whole day work. Nice room and service. Will definitely visit again.

Manager is rude n careless. Hotel property also trying to reach at star level but there is nothing special like that. Cleanliness is very good. Ground level staff is also nice. Food is costly. Hotel itself is costly compare to other hotels of same standards.

Rude and arrogant staff from security persons to waiters and all. They behave like anything. Worst ever. Low food quality and unhygienic rooms. Never recommend anyone to go there even once.
