White Rann Resort

|It's a good , clean Resort with correct ambience for a desert holiday. The staff was courteous, the food OK, & the cultural activity enjoyable. A few suggestions:|- please install an exhaust fan in the washroom. |- Not everyone can climb those 20 stairs up for every meal/ tea. My friend is aged & found it difficult.|- Thanks for the complimentary photographs, but please get a better photographer.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Kutch. The place is beautiful with different staying options. The entire tent area looks beautiful and the tents are equipped with all the modern amenities. We were treated with a great welcome with traditional people singing and dancing. The staff here is very helpful and hospitality is great. Contacted Mr. Jay Singh for the bookings who helped us a lot. Too friendly person, accommodated us throughout the place, helped us traverse through the White Rann and booked all the transportation. Never had any problem while staying. 10/10 recommended while staying in Kutch.

Resort hospitality was very good and our needs were fulfilled promptly. Contacted Mr Jay Singh who managed our all requirements properly Location: This is the closest resort to White Rann so that is one great thing. Apart from this there is nothing near around so all you need must be taken care of within the resort. Overall, the White Rann is in itself a unique experience and staying at this resort gives you the best of that experience.

Wonderful experience at White Rann Resort. Every facility is top class and staff very helpful. Buggies are helpful to move around and the food spread is great. They can spend some more time at the desert, however, it is still fun with the limited time. Overall it's an amazing experience

I had a truly disappointing experience at White Rann Resort. Not only was the service poor, but the way the staff treated the cab driver was utterly appalling. The resort charges an extra 500 INR for the cab driver's entry, which seems unnecessary, but what's worse is how disrespectfully the driver was treated. The security guard, in particular, treated the driver like a beggar, which is completely unacceptable. The behavior of the staff wasn't any better towards the guests either. They were rude, unaccommodating, and dismissive. It felt like the resort cared little about providing basic hospitality or respect to anyone--whether they were customers or the people who helped us get there. If I could rate this place with zero or negative stars, I would. I expected much better from a place claiming to offer luxury and comfort. I would not recommend this resort to anyone and will certainly not return.

What an immaculate experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were at home. Huge thanks to Mr. Sachin and Mr. Sonu for their quick help when I needed medicine--they managed it in minutes and saved the day, and they even guided us throughout our visits to the tourist spots!
