I recently stayed at The Palm Retreat in Ahmedabad, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The ambience of the property is welcoming, with lush landscaping and tasteful decor that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. There are diverse food options available in the area for delivery and/or Dine-in. The place is well-furnished with all the modern amenities that is required for a comfortable holiday. The garden outside gives you a perfect setup for a small party or spending your time amongst the greens. Worth-staying !

Good ambience and facility. We enjoyed post Diwali get together of about 16 family members. All enjoyed place.Vishal is also good host and care taker of property is also nice person.

We decided to spend Navratri in Ahmedabad and found this villa on Airbnb. It's reviews were very good on both Airbnb and Google, so we thought to book the place for two nights On the first day, when we reached the villa, we found the villa in absolute shambles. There was no cleanliness, spiders and other insects all over the place, the lavatory was absolutely disgusting (the whole thing yellow in colour). We were 10 people and blankets for the night were only 6. The bedsheets had cobwebs all over them. Absolutely no cleanliness in the listing whatsoever. When we highlighted the issue to the caretaker, he didn't even take responsibility and quite callously said that he himself cleaned it, denying that it was not clean. Regarding the blankets, he had to bring all 6 from his own home. We were shocked to discover that their no wifi, which made it very difficult as there was no cell reception. The listing lacked the most basic amenities which owner himself mentioned on Airbnb. Next day when we mentioned all the faults to the owner, he made several calls but his efforts were quite futile. Apart from cleanliness, the owner did not take any action. When I mentioned about cell reception, his response was "I know that only Jio receives reception but others don't, so maybe you could adjust". He mention that he is trying to get wifi fixed. I had outlined my plan for the day, and very clearly mentioned that in the afternoon we won't be available. Honestly we came to visit and roam around and it's absurd to assume that we will be available at their own time. Lastly due to several issues, the owner agreed to extend, which let me be frank, only because he had no booking. While this was no consolation, we yet decided to put this matter to bed. 2 weeks later we found the owner has infact raised a complaint on us on airbnb, while we only demanded what was necessary and what he himself had listed. Absolutely pathetic place, and more importantly owner's behaviour has what disturbed us. Would never recommend anyone

Very beautiful property. Went in Diwali to celebrate and spend holidays. Had great time there. Very peaceful and quiet villa. Would visit again.

The caretaker was entirely unhelpful, There was no WiFi despite it being listed as an amenity, poor hygiene, stained sheets / cover, and even black water, which the caretaker dismissed, saying it would "clear up" as the tank was dirty. Imagine "waiting" for the tank to clear up in your short stay. The villa had spider webs everywhere, the lock barely functioned, and the area was extremely secluded with no cell reception, making WiFi essential.
