Hotel Sun View Regency Kodinar

*IMPORTANT*: BE CAREFUL with this Hotel Staff while staying especially with Family. We have weirdest experience while visiting this Hotel. Me and my wife reached at Kodinar on 17th November night approx. 8 pm and visited this Hotel for room. Person in charge was on call with someone and came to us. He was looking weird, angry type character. We asked for room and checked room as well and it was good. Everything was set and we asked for Hot Water Timing to bathe and if we can get Hot Water now so we can get refreshed. He firstly said I have to ask on call someone to confirm. So we told him to ask. On this immidiate moment he started to act weirdly and told us to go find another Hotel as we cannot provide the same. Me and my wife understood that there is something off with this guy as his expression was changed suddenly. But we ignored that and went to another Hotel but it was full so we thought to stay in this hotel and came back. He saw us and started to behave angrily. I asked him if there is any problem but he was not ready to answer my question. My wife was little scared. Still I ignored and talked fiether as we were tired and had to sleep. So I continued to talk and then he asked for docunents and I showed my ID hard copy and then my wife's id in phone. He immediately started to behave rudely and told us not to provide room and we left and stayed in another hotel very close to this hotel whose staff was polite. He was feeling like psycho and always ready to create conflict with me. And my wife was little bit scared. However she was sure that my Husband can handle any situation. But Worst experience we had in our life.

Clean room but smelly bathroom also no pantry or room services provided..even tea coffee is not provided ... For food and refreshments nearby available in working hours... Good food available just below the hotel... Ronak parotha house serves breakfast lunch and dinner.. must try

It's a descent place and think one of the two available hotel in the city. Rooms are big and neat. There could be an improvement upon cleanliness front. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Some rooms does not have good Bathroom and toilet. Hot water not available till 9 am. Otherwise a decent 3 star hotel.

New added room in this hotel is very attractive and awesome...in lowest prices... I loved this place..
