I've been visiting Regenta regularly and every stay has been amazing! Their service and hospitality are truly the best. This time, for our anniversary, they upgraded us to a suite and made our stay extra special. Huge thanks to Shailesh and Nidhi for this extra special stay

Restaurant service could be better, our booking were inclusive of breakfast & dinner for 7 days, throughout those 1 week only 2 days we have received the variety of food that to on weekend only rest of the days the menu was restrictive to 1-2 vegetable's and no other breads were available except fulka additionally refrigerators was not working for 4 days foods quality was decent but could be better. room maintenance is good but the quality of wifi is poor in some of our rooms there is no wifi range.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues: 1. Poor Room Quality - The room I stayed in was not comfortable and lacked proper cleanliness and essential amenities. 2. Unprofessional Reception Service - The reception staff was not welcoming, and I did not receive the level of service expected from a reputable hotel. 3. Lack of Internet Access - Despite being advertised as an available service, the internet was completely unavailable during my stay, which was highly inconvenient. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work towards improving your services. I also expect an official response regarding this complaint.

Very Quiet rooms.Best for business visit.Nearly by main highway.But no any major stop of travels.Cab service not working .Need to improve service person on reception and other.Some gives problems of AC .Need some space in rooms to dry cloths, laundry service not known.Need improve outer infrastructure and plants.

If you are a regenta loyalist and come here looking at the brand, you will be in for a shock. Thank God I had an uncanny experience at reception itself so I chose not to continue with my booking. The recurrent negative reviews below clearly state the obvious. Happy Road Tripping & Good Luck to all

Staff not so good. Food options limited. Rooms were not hygienic. Floors was bit sticky and smelly. Dust not clean properly. Hotel staff not friendly. Lack of hot water. Hotel staff suggest to sink 3 buckets of water to get 1 bucket of hot water

I had organised my niece's wedding at this venue in mid of November 2024 . We had 22 + rooms engaged for guests from Mumbai and overseas. Positives - The place is centrally located. It's a very good hotel with great vegetarian food . All our pre wedding functions had over 50+ guests and the main wedding had 300+ guests. . The food was very tasty and great at all the functions. The in house staff was very well trained and courteous . Right from GM to the servers were all on toes to serve each guest. Exceptional hospitality.. The main banquet hall is grand and very well maintained. Places of Improvement- The AIr conditioning system needs an upgrade as the system went on tripping off, when it was run at full capacity.. Even the lifts need either an upgrade or good electronic maintenance . The lighting in the hotel compound needs to be upgraded especially when there is a wedding at the venue. My overall experience was good. And most of our guests were very happy except the ones whose Room AC tripped a few times.

The hotel is great near by the Highway the room was superb as shown in the picture..just need to focus on ontime IRD orders to avoid delays rest was fine Mr.Ramavatar helped us a lot as it was our 1st anniversary he arranged everything decorate my room very thankful for the entire staff for taking good care of us ...hope will visit soon
