"Keep this as your last stay option." I booked Leena Resort for dec 2024, despite reading numerous negative reviews, hoping for a better experience after seeing a recent positive one. Unfortunately, my experience aligned with the earlier bad reviews. Location: The resort is far from the main attractions, making it difficult to find autos or cabs. Check-in: Our check-in was delayed; although the time was 12 PM, we got our room at 1 PM because of ongoing cleaning. Even timely check-ins seem to be a challenge here. Room Preparation: Basic amenities like water bottles and washroom carpets were not provided until we specifically requested them. Facilities: The play area is unsafe--both the swing and slide are completely corroded. Electricity Issues: There was a power outage at 7 AM during our stay, and we had to wait until 10 AM for hot water. Higher floor rooms: Delux rooms are on first floor without lift. So it's not at all good for senior citizens I highly do not recommend this resort. Consider it only as a last resort if no other options are available.

Rooms and service excellent. Food is really good. Order in prior if you need anything specific and to get on time as they make only once customers come in. Location is bit away from SOU but easily accessible

We couldn't find a decent hotel nearby so opted for this hotel. - The location is not very far from SBB parking, however finding the place after hours will be a challenge. The approach approach road is dirt road without any lights or signage. We reached around 9 PM and it was pitch black. We could only find the approach road because Google Maps was showing the bend in the road. - Check in process was hassle free. We got the room quickly. The rooms are like row houses and reception area is built separate. There is a bit of walk from the reception to the room, if you get the room towards the far end. - The room was on the first floor for us and had to take the stairs. Which was not an issue as we didn't have much luggage, but could be a problem if you have senior citizens with you. - The room was relatively clean, but you could see patches of dirt here or there, as if it is not getting cleaned properly. - The most disappointing thing for us was the bathroom. It was dimly lit and stinking. Turning on the exhaust fan did not help much. - Next day the breakfast was ok. It was a buffet with Poha, Bread/Butter, Chole/Puri and Tea or Coffee. Overall I would not recommend the hotel. You should only opt for it if you cannot find another option nearby.

Leena Resort is a decent property in Ekta Nagar. The rooms are clean, but the bed linen could be improved. The service is average, but its proximity to the Statue of Unity is a definite plus.

No water in suite room whole night. They shifted us to other room in morning Full of Insects and lizards Won't recommend for families

The housekeeping people were polite and accomadative whereas the staff at the restaurant were rude and arrogant. The bathroom was stinking and bed smelt like rotten food .There were many insects too. Go here if you hate yourself.

The location is best for a beautiful view but the resort is not maintained properly. The rooms are also good enough for a stay. But I will not recommend this resort instead you can increase your budget and get another good resort.

One of the Best Hotels to Stay at Statue of Unity. The House keeping staff Arun is very supportive. Location is scenic with Full Fogg Cover in morning. Hiral Mam from Backend Team is also very cooperative. Some people have posted some Negative reviews but Trust me, Everything is not always True what we read.
