Don't go ever! This resort was a complete disappointment. Third-class services, poor hygiene standards, and absolutely no attention to food quality. On top of that, it's extremely costly for what they offer -- definitely not value for money. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Water park review Water too dirty I had skin problem after please avoid this place. Food is gross Toilets have no seat, stinks, no water connection to clean yourself. Biggest rides ends up in 2ft water making the rides very dengerous many were injured including myself, Most arrogant staff felt like your suggestion went to deaf ears. Never going back again.
I rate it minus. The receptionist has no sense of talking to the customer. They tell you that if this is the case, come, otherwise don't come and don't respond further. Worst receptionist ever. Pls don't be owner.
Very bad experience in Water Park....Not advisable to visit...Not proper cleanliness, water quality is very bad...Staff is also not helpful.....Manager is very arogant...telephonically he told me to give complimentary costume and after reaching waterpark he asked for charges....Never go again....
It's good to enjoy if you have very small kids as it's price is 400 ( entry fee ) But I suggests to maintain some things Rain dance area was not maintained and cleaned ( dirty smell was coming ) Some tiles were damaged and slippery so that need proper cleaning and tiles repairing should done. Some cartoon like elephant head is very old and water dropping from it contaminated water. Charging for costume I feel is costly Changing room.facility should be upgrade There is big slide which damage your rid bone due to less friction of water
One of the worst services ever. It's not a waterpark but a children's swimming pool. The tiles are broken, and they force you to purchase a swimming shirt at an extra cost because their rides are damaged. The broken tiles can injure your leg. There's no hygiene; the water is dirty and smelly, and I doubt it's safe. They don't take responsibility if you bought a coupon, and they don't keep their promises. The coupons can expire at any time, even if you've paid in full. I recommend spending a bit more and going to a better waterpark.
Date of Visit: Recent Group Size: 14 people Package: INR 399 per person Arrival Time: 10 AM Water Park and Slides: The primary attraction at Jay Jalyaan Resort is the water park, which our group was eager to enjoy. Upon arrival, we queued for tickets, which was somewhat time-consuming but expected given the resort's popularity. The policy allowing guests to wear their own nylon and polyester clothes instead of renting costumes from the resort was a welcome convenience, making us feel more comfortable. However, compared to our previous visit two years ago, the water park's condition has noticeably declined. Many of the rides were not operational, and the play area for children was no longer available. This was disappointing, especially since the maintenance used to be much better. Some slides showed signs of rust and dents, which caused minor injuries like scratches due to insufficient water flow. Despite these issues, the students enjoyed the slides, although the experience could have been much better with proper upkeep. Crowds and Amenities: The resort was quite crowded, indicating its popularity, but this also led to a chaotic parking situation for two-wheelers. While the parking was acceptable given the crowd size, better organization could improve the experience. The overall resort and surrounding area seemed less maintained than before but remained usable. The entrance was particularly crowded, highlighting the need for better crowd management. Food Zones and Restaurants: In our previous visit, we opted for the unlimited meals package. However, due to the limited menu options this time, we decided to try other items. This turned out to be a frustrating experience. The resort did not provide the 14 extra buns and bhaji we requested alongside our main dishes, forcing us to buy additional meals, resulting in waste. Additionally, the drinking water facility and wash basins were not operational, which was highly inconvenient. We were forced to purchase single-use plastic bottles, raising concerns about health and environmental impact. The resort's policy prohibiting outside water jugs was also inconvenient and seemed unnecessary. Music and Entertainment: The music played in the water park was inappropriate for younger audiences, with many songs focusing on themes of alcohol consumption and sensuality. This was a significant concern, as it negatively influenced the younger students in our group. It would be better if the resort curated a more family-friendly playlist during the day. Party Plot and Rooms: While we did not use the party plot or rooms extensively, it was evident that these areas, like the rest of the resort, could benefit from better maintenance. The resort's general decline in upkeep was apparent in these spaces as well. Overall Experience: Despite several drawbacks, including maintenance issues, limited amenities, and inappropriate music, the resort still offers a reasonably enjoyable experience for the price of INR 399. The food quality remains good, and the water park, despite its flaws, provides fun for visitors. Recommendations: Improved Maintenance: Ensure all rides and play areas are operational and safe. Better Crowd Management: Organize entrance and parking areas to handle crowds more effectively. Enhanced Food Service: Offer a more flexible and customer-friendly meal service. Water and Sanitation Facilities: Provide accessible drinking water and functional wash basins. Appropriate Entertainment: Curate a family-friendly music playlist. In conclusion, Jay Jalyaan Resort is worth a one-time visit, but be prepared for some inconveniences. It offers decent value for money, but there's significant room for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
I recently visited this place and it was quite disappointed. The food court had a weird smell, and the food quality was poor. The rooms were unhygienic and not clean. Several rides were broken, and the management was ineffective. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and needs significant improvement.
