Hotel Primeland

Service was absolutely terrible. Booked out the entire hotel for a family wedding but they did not provide even the most basic of room service, the blankets were dirty, we had to constantly order Zomato because the hotel would not serve us ( felt a bit religiously motivated hate here! If you're non-hindu, don't book this place ) The receptionist will back answer you if you ask them to bring you food ( which any basic 3 star hotel should still provide!! ) They will tell you to go down to the plaza and get it yourself. Better than this go book another hotel nearby, the entire road is full of hotels that actually provides basic amenities.This place is not worth even a 1 star.
