Five star hotel as Good see this Location and war welcome me also comfortable & nicley injoy hol days in this hotel

Good all but staff is not well

They have rented 1st floor to some kitchen service which operates through the night, they make so much noise all night, guests can not even sleep. And when We complaint to reception, they bluntly say "It's kitchen so noise will happen". They put used color buckets in bathroom for shower, very bad and unhygienic.

First of all no parking space available... no hotel staff is available to take your luggage to room you have to take it yourself. Everytime you have to tell for water bottles even for first time you have to request for it and cleaning staff is also never available... you never get good response from reception.. overall hated it and itz not worth to stay here..

Room is Very Clean, But Some machine noise inside, I called 3 times on Reception but not received call, Bathroom tap is leaking

Good experience. Good services and great room. Really very nice place to stay for Industrial visitors, Buisness Trip , Short and long time stay and cleaning staff Is also good , Good behaviour with the customer. If you are looking for stay in kalol must go to hotel parivar.

It is more of a lodge, not a hotel at all. We reached at night 0130 and the hotel gates were closed.bhad to knock and wake up the attendant who was sleeping in the lobby. The entrance is also not facing main road and not so approachable or visible.
Toilet is pathetic. Rooms with poor ventilation. There is no food available. No canteen.
Not recommended at all.
Filthy place.should change category to a lodge. Even lodges would be better.

Staff is very friendly and co-operative. Stayed with my family for almost 25 days. Restaurants are very nearby and walkable. You can easily get autos as well. The bus stand is within 2 kms.
